Naruto was scared, oh yes he was, to find out your past teacher wanted to kill one of the few people you cared for was horrifying, but to learn he held the kyuubi inside a seal on his stomach was even more so

He finally knew why people hated him,why he was overpriced on items in the shops

He knew he was the kyuubi incarnate

But that last part changed, iruka, one of the only people who cared for him, changed his thoughts, made him realize what he just thought was wrong, he was not the kyuubi, merely the one keeping it from killing everyone else

That was a huge burden on his shoulders, but he'd been doing it all his life, he can do it longer

And so, with his new found confidence, Naruto strapped the scroll to his back and fought mitsuki, using a large amount of shadow clones to stun and beat the hell out of him, in doing so it unraveled the scroll once more and it fell off his back being poorly strapped on

When all was done he hugged iruka and cried for a bit before he went to the scroll and got on his knees to re roll it

He started to when he accidently put his hand on a seal, said seal then sealed onto his hand making him nearly freak out before stopping, it was another mistake he made today, he shouldn't have people know about it, so he rolled the scroll up fully and actually tightened it this time

He then looked at his hand again and the seal was no longer there now it was just his normal hand

Iruka then walked with Naruto and a defeated mitsuki into the village making people question what happened to him

Iruka came up with a lie, mitsuki had framed Naruto with the transformation jutsu so he could gain the scroll for himself with everyone looking for Naruto, but Naruto was doing late night training and mitsuki and iruka ran into him and they all fought, defeating mitsuki and returning the scroll

After learning mitsuki was a traitor his name became disrespected by everyone that knew, and Naruto was let off

Obviously the hokage knew Naruto took the scroll but he let him off, he wouldn't be the boys surrogate grandfather if he didn't help him at least this one time

Naruto went home that day, tired from the day of excitement, sorrow, more excitement and more sorrow

When he got home, in bed the seal on his hand reappeared and glowed red for a moment before stopping, then out poofed a book making him sit up and look at it in wonder, he knew how storage seals worked, it was the most basic of seals

He picked the book up and look at the cover title

              "The book of games"

'the book of games, a wierd name for a book, but It has to be important if it was in the scroll of sealing, only the things close to the hokage's was in this book'

He thought this, he was hesitant to open it but he felt the call of the book, like it radiated power, or at least the promise of power, it promised him the power to protect the village, to make him the ultimate shinobi and so he opened it

        "Welcome to the game!"

'I'm sure your wondering Naruto "what is wrong with this book, how does it know my name?".'

'well Naruto, this is the gaming book, a book that will grant you power if you are willing to work for it, this will give you things people could only hope for, like a fast track way to become stronger'
