Two cops, Morton Schmidt and Greg Jenko, went into the 21 Jump Street unit, going undercover at a high school, using their 'youthful' appearances to blend in. Although years when the two were in high school, one was bullied and the other one was the popular kid. Years later, the roles somehow become reversed.
Captain Dickinson called in one of his best officers, knowing that Schmidt and Jenko would fail to uphold their goal. With the help of his officer, they managed to get speed on their mission. Thankfully to Riot.
