A woman walked through the French Quarter as the sounds of jazz music and the smell of food filled the night streets. Her Brown skin and wavy hair moved along passed her shoulders as her heels clattered on the wet pavement.
Along with her were two men one older than the other. Both were Brown but one had short hair while the other had long locks. The older-looking one wore a leather jacket and the younger one wore sweater.
"Clementine, why are we in this god-forsaken city?" the older-looking man spoke walking alongside the woman his British accent coming out strong yet delicate.
"Well if you must ask dear brother your old friend has gotten himself in but of a tangle and has requested our presence." The brown woman said her British accent coming out calmly as she stopped and turned to look at the brown man beside her.
"What the hell has Nik done now he's only been in this fucking city for what a day or two?" the younger man spoke looking at both the older woman and man as they at him in shock. "What did I do?" the young man asked stuttering with a nervous look.
"Oh, nothing it's just that you did that thing where you get excited and go full American with your voice." Clementine and the man laughed.
"Clementine and Cedric stop it, please." the young man groaned in embarrassment.
"I'm sorry little brother, but it's hilarious" Cedric spoke with a laugh. "To answer your question Preston, Niklaus believes that someone in this beautiful city is conspiring against him as always," Clementine spoke as the three continued walking.
