You can ask a group of people to name serial killers. They can name about five of them off the top of their heads before pausing to give you a few more names.
When you ask them to name the officers who put them behind bars. They cant come up with one. They arent wearing them on tee's. They arent chatting with friends about the cat in the game of cat and mice.
