cold night clarity
some night, i'll reside and i'll resign my melancholy heart, my melodrama mind, my malice love from hometown bars and stolen nightskies, i'll abide with my meandering moon, i'll swear on disaccharide
i'll love him with all my bleach stains, the whole of my unmade bed and my entire collection of songs
i'll love her with the dark side of mars and the light side of the pacific ocean, with the occasional incredibly sad phrase, with mosquito bites on my heart
i'll be exiled, sick to my stomach, taken care of, observing love's genesis and love's apocalypse
some night, i'll put the acidity aside but besides, sometimes, i'll reach for lunar dragon hearts
