Minjeong considers Jimin as one of her closest friends and when in need of comfort Jimin is the person she goes to first. But are they really just friends or is there anything else going on between the two?

"And cut!" one of the producers shouted.
Aespa were at Studio Choom recording a performance for their song "Girls". All of the members were getting tired especially Minjeong, who had a solo photo shoot for a magazine before this schedule. She had been up since before sunrise and all she wanted to do was to go home and lay in bed.
But here she was. And it felt like they were nowhere near finishing filming. The director had already asked Minjeong to re-record some scenes. But she couldn't help that she was this tired.
What's wrong with me today. Seriously, Kim Minjeong, get it together. We definitely could have went home already!
"Winter, are you sure you don't want to take a small break?" one of the managers said.
"I'm fine." Minjeong said with little expression.
But she wasn't. She felt like she was close to passing out but she didn't want to delay the shoot by any longer, so she lied.
"Are you sure? I can tell you aren't doing your best today"
Minjeong crossed her arms and looked at the manager for a few seconds. She was annoyed by the way he said it. She rolled her eyes and walked to the bathroom.
This manager always gets on my nerves I swear. I know I'm not doing my best. But how can he be so sure I'm not doing my best. God, I just want to get out of here. There's way too many people. Too much noise. And the lighting is giving me a headache.
Minjeong opened the door to the bathroom and she could hear the manager shout something at her from a distance. She looked at herself in the mirror for a second and fixed her hair.
Someone opened the door and Minjeong looked back to see who it was.
"Minjeong, there you are"
It was Jimin. Her and Minjeong were very close. Jimin was the person who she went first to if she had anything on her mind and needed to talk.
Minjeong was relieved it wasn't some manager at the door. But her closest member and exactly who she needed at this moment.
"Unnie... " Minjeong said with a sigh of relief and a soft smile.
Jimin walked closer to her but Minjeong couldn't help but to go in for a hug. She rested her head on Jimins shoulder.
"I can't do this shoot. I'm way too tired I can't even remember the dance moves correctly" Minjeong said while still holding Jimin tightly like she couldn't let go.
Jimin put her hands on the back of Minjeong's head and allowed her to rest on her shoulder.
"I know, I know. I can tell how exhausted you are. But you have to give all you can, you need to at least try. The shoot will go on no matter what, today is the only day we have for this. Tomorrow we have our showcase, remember?" Jimin said quietly but reassuringly.
The two girls stood like this for some time; Jimin patting Minjeong's head lightly while she had her eyes closed, listening carefully to Jimin's words.
Minjeong slowly let go of Jimin and looked at her with a face expressing gratitude.
"Alright, I will try" Minjeong said while giving her unnie a smile.
Jimin's words were exactly what she needed. Minjeong grabbed Jimin and they both walked out of the bathroom locking arms.

The shooting had ended. All the members were happy to go home and Minjeong was proud of herself for not giving up.
If it wasn't for Jimin she couldn't have done it.
Minjeong ran over to Jimin and gave her a quick hug.
"Unnie, thank you!" Minjeong said with a big smile.
Jimin laughed while shaking her head.
"Don't thank me Minjeong. It was all you. I'm really proud of you" she said while they walked together out of the studio.
"Wow, it's almost dinner time. Should we order delivery when we get to the dorms?" Minjeong asked Jimin.
"Yes! I'm really craving dumplings, how about you?"
"I love dumplings! Let's order them, you will treat me right?" Minjeong said with a subtle smirk.
There had not been many times when Jimin said no to treating Minjeong out for a meal. She knew that only with her smile she could somehow make Jimin say yes to everything. Minjeong didn't really know why. But she loved getting what she wanted. So Minjeong put on a cute but seductive smile.
Jimin looked her in the eyes for a second but quickly looked back ahead.
"You know I can't resist that smile of yours. Of course I'll treat you!" Jimin said while accepting defeat.
"Woohoo! Thank you!" Minjeong said while jumping up and down in excitement.
The girls walked outside to the parking lot while locking hands. Ningning and Giselle had been waiting for them in the car for a couple minutes.
"Jimin! Minjeong! Come on let's go" Ningning shouted out the window while waving her arm.
"Coming!!" they both said at the same time while running to the car.
