When Nalini doesn't stir during the zero period (meant for practice for Annual Function) , Namjoon is kinda curious.
"you're not going?" he asks to the visibly sad girl beside him.
"nooo, , my partner ,I mean the guy I usually dance with he,, Jungkook I mean in 11th you know, he's not ready, apparently he will do singing with someone idk,, so I'm just left alone. .," Nalini smiles but her voice is heavy and he can tell she is upset.
"If only I could dance. . ." he says but instantly regrets it.
Nalini's head bolts to his side. Just him saying that makes her stomach fuzzy and warm.
Namjoon only clears his throat, all the blood rushing to his face.
