Nalini observes Namjoon from a distance before heading to her seat.
He is reading a book.
Of course she is nervous .
She hasn't talked much to Namjoon before and she is worried that he may find her irritating or snap at her for talking too much??
She promises to restrain herself when talking to him and heads to the bench, taking deep breaths.
"Hi" she says and gives her best smile.
"hey" he says and nods politely, a slight curve on his lips.
The eye contact lasts for a moment and it feels good. Her nervousness dissipates a bit and she -settles down.
Then she realises she is more comfortable than she expected.
maybe because he's not stealing glances or being over friendly like most boys. She thinks and it puts her to ease.

.
Namjoon notices Nalini stop at the door for a few moments. She looks nervous.
wow. even Nalini gets nervous. He marvels and goes back to his novel.
He is surprised when she says "hi" to him because they haven't talked much before but her smile is genuine and her energy is infectious.
He manages to say 'hey' and to his relief she does not attempt to make small talk after that.
