|Hong Kong's POV|

"Oyyhhh, it's a little foggy out," said Hong Kong as he frowned to get a better clearing, although it has been proven fruitless.

It really perplexed him that yesterday was sunny and that today was gonna be a cloudy and slightly foggy day. He even made a joke that Philia brought out the sun just because she wore a sun hairpin and because of her sunny personality. He then wondered if the sun will disperse the clouds and ease the fog if he encounters Philia once again.

Speaking of Philia, Hong Kong was taking a little nap back in his hotel room when his Blackberry phone vibrated. When he woke up and checked it, to his delight, it was Philia, asking her to hang out with her in the park and he exited out of the hotel without any hesitation or care.

And now there is Hong Kong, in the park, though not in the same area as he and Iceland during their PicSkate competition and upon his first meeting with Philia. In fact, he has never been to this park years prior to this month's world meeting. But, assuming that Philia has been very good friends with America for quite a long time, she should know this park well, at the very least.

"Heyyy Li Xiaooo!" a familiar voice said in the distance.

Though Hong Kong could not see, he did recognize her voice. It was Philia. He stopped in his tracks and waited for her to approach, with a smile on his face.

Finally, Philia's figure was made clear as she approached the Cantonese teen. "Nei hou, Li Xiao!"

Hong Kong's face turned soft when she remembered his Cantonese greeting. "Kumusta, Charice."

"Napakabuti!"

Hong Kong frowned a little in confusion. "What does that mean?"

"It means 'very good!'" Philia giggled. It always made Hong Kong's heart flutter when she does that. "You remembered my greeting!"

"Of course I did," Hong Kong replied. "I have an eidetic memory."

"Really?" asked Philia, mesmerized. "That's really cool! I wish I have a good memory as yours! Kuya says I'm sometimes scatterbrained."

Hong Kong made a sound that's almost like a laugh. "That sounds like Italy and Alfred combined."

Philia shifted herself. "Well, I'm more scatterbrained than them combined. Kuya even joked a few times that I need to harden my brain from watching so much anime!"

This time Hong Kong let out a chuckle. "I can see why."

The two said nothing for a moment until Hong Kong broke the silence. "It's kinda foggy isn't it?"

"Yeah, it is," said Philia, sharing the observation. "I mean, yesterday it was sunny!"

"How do you say 'fog' in Filipino, though?"
