Truth

I frown "why does it matter?" I asked him as i crossed my arms

I chuckled but without humour "be ready at 8 riddhima i will take you somewhere cause im pretty sure what you are going to hear wont be pleasing" he says and opened the door for me when i walk through it he shut the door with a thud making me flinch

I sighed as the clock finally hitted 8 and closed my computer's window

"You look so worried what happened?" Stacy asked and i looked at her

"Is it that much obvious?" I asked

"Yes? I mean you look hella anxious" she said "im sure it must be the stress" i said and forced a smile if she noticed she didn't comment on it

After bidding them goodbye i head towards the elevator and pushed the button of ground floor arriving I exit the building and wait for vansh to come and after two minutes i saw his Mercedes pulling I front of me

He rolled down the window and "get in" he said and i did not wasted any time to do so

Getting in i closed the door and buckled my seatbelt

When he start driving again i asked "where are you taking me?"

He glanced at me for a flicker of moments "my penthouse" he said my eyes widen
"Penthouse? But you live in the mansion with your family" i said

" i do but i have penthouse too riddhima i usually live there and when there is dinner or something i come home" he said

"But you live there i have never seen you out im sure i would have noticed" i said
"That is cause I'm always around after you arrived" he said tugging at my heart strings

"Oh" i whispered

His penthouse is actually very nice
Yes it is nice very clean and neat I definitely loved it

The marvel white floor is calling for me to stay here
Sure i loved the mansion but this it feels very close and nice
It feels like home

" you like it?" He asked

I looked at him and nodded my head

"Make yourself comfortable" he said and i did took a sit besides the fireplace on couch

The cushions are very soft too

"So about that you were just three when your mom died" vansh said and i frezz for a second then nodded my head

"Yes" i said he nodded and lean against the wall besides the fireplace

" i was almost eight that time I remembered at that time your father was very shaken up and my father was too they did not see the accident coming" he said

Yes that is true i don't remember it but dad always talked about mamá was coming home from grocery shoping with her car then she loosed the track of it and bumped into another car her head was very much injured and afterwards she died from losing blood
" but the main thing is that wasn't accident" he said and my heart dropped and my eyes widen i swear my heart stopped beating

"What?" I asked he nodded "thats was not accident riddhima it was murder" he said and i freezzed again

"Thats not T-true" i stammer

"It is riddhima it is the truth" he said stoping for a little bit then starting again " we found out when i was just twelve well i turned twelve" he said and i still could not wrapped my head around it

Tears burned at my eyes making me choke
My mother was killed?
No no it can't be

"Not only that you don't wanna know who did that?" He asked
"Yes" i choked out "his name is bruce worked with russian mafia he hold some power there after all he is the second in command" he said and i choke again

Mafia?
"Why would he kill my mother?" I asked as tears ran out of my eyes

He sighed "he was her lover at some time but then she found out he is related to some danger kind of thing broke up with him and meet your father at her college days fall in love and they had you" he said

"And for revenge he did that right?" I asked

He nodded "yes and apparently that day she was about to take you with her but your father decided not to as it was a winter morning and you had catched cold back then" he said

And my heart stopped beating again "S-so if i was T-there i W-would have I-i" i stammer could not finished the sentence he nodded his head with a hard jaw and i choked a sob again

"How I didn't knew about it untill now?" I asked as tears of betrayal run down my cheeks

"Cause your father didn't wanted you to know" he said

"And how is this all related to sophie and you not leaving her?" I asked

"Cause bruce have only one daughter and that happens to be sophie" he said and that is the third time my heart stopped beating again

I happened to be very tired of you all for blaming vansh again and again
So i did finally reveal it
Damn what a hard work

Btw i was holding onto this chapter for ten days i wrote the half very long time ago and finally found the courage to wrote it and finished it
