Elves are a race beloved by mana. They possessed beautiful appearance that made humans envy and obsessed with them, thus they started hunting them. Elves are stronger than humans, however humans outnumbered them because they live separately, they were scattered and not united. In the end humans drove them to the depths of the world, forcing them to resettle in the most secluded place far from the eyes of humanity.

Now, many years passed by, Rue Verlander an inquisitive elf was born with a soul aching for adventure. She feels trap and suffocated inside their small village, she view it as nothing but a cage trapping and clipping her wings to fly higher, preventing her to grow her talent. She wanted to know what's its like behind that mountain, what's life outside the forest, and what a sea really looks like. She wanted to see the world, it's greatness, how vast it is. She wanted to know and see it for herself. However, the elders in their village strictly forbids anyone to leave, if anyone insist, they will face extreme punishment.

Will Rue still tries to follow her desire and leave despite the consequences?
