Tea time

"Thank you for the tea miss!"

   It's been almost a year since you left Mondsadt to fight alongside the traveler, Jean, and Fischl, yet it feels like you've been gone just a week.

You've never been this far away from home, sure it was just Liyue but for you, that's a ways travel.

The smell of steamy peach tea fills your nostrils, taking you from your trance for you to see everyone staring at you questionably.

"Um, Y/n? You there? It kinda seems like you dozed off" Paimon asks in her high pitched, annoying voice. You chuckle a bit, turning away from everyone for a second. You look back at them as they slowly return to normal.

"Oh yeah sorry, I was just thinking about this year" you say half-mindlessly.

Fishcl nods in agreement, "I too have had recent memories of our extravagant journey across this world in which we call home." Everyone smiles as the violet eyed girls statement proved true for everyone

"Seems like you're enjoying this adventure of your's so far, traveler." A deep voice says calmly as they echo behind the traveler.

The traveler shifts to face the two men-Zhongli and Childe- who were already greeting you and the others.

"Helloo." His voice a bit higher and lively, Childe points to a brown haired man who's arms were folded on top one each-other, who just gave a small smile and nod.

"Mhm, mind if we join you? I believe we could go for tea as well, Childe?" Zhongli projects, turning to smirk at Tartaglia.

Jean warmly gestures to a seat at the table for the two to sit down. They get adjusted to the wooden seats, you notice a drop of sweat roll down Tartaglia's chin as well as his loud breathing next to Zhongli.

"What the fu-"

"Language Y/n."

"Sorry. What were you doing that's got you all exhausted?? Hm?" I stare at Childe, beet red.

Tartaglia's head snaps straight at Zhongli.

"Oh."

"Um-well! We were, sparring with nearby fatuus! Yes." Tartaglia said breathily. I eyed the two, unsure.

"Aren't you a harbinger?-"

"Hark! Did one see more than a single flock of antiheroes? If so, we must pursue these criminal figures!" Fishcl exclaims, the conversation halts to a pause as everyone waits for Oz's translation.

The mulberry crow sighs before his simple reply.
"Amy is offering is for us to see if there's other fatui agents and if we should chase them away."
Amy pouts and crosses her arms while the others nod and agree.

"You're right Fishcl!" You shout loudly, "We don't have much to do and we could be helping keep danger out!" You get a couple enthusiastic "yeah"s and "ok"s before everyone chugs their drink and exits your outside table, leaving Zhongli and Tartaglia to argue in the background.

"Why'd you say that?! Now your leading them to meet him!"
"Oh I'm sure he's still waiting they have time."
