I sat on my couch while placing the blunt in my mouth as music played in the back. Their would be times where I felt alone while with people but in reality I enjoyed it.

Maybe this girl would be good for me.

"She could maybe somewhat change me" I thought to myself.

Picking up my phone I went into instagram seeing that she had followed me back. I clicked on her profile and look at her only picture which was from the night I saw her.

I could remember the way her ass swings when she walks, the way her perfect curves fit in her dress, and the way her medium sized hair sat. The perfect waves that she had done to her hair, the v neck black dress that she was wearing, and the black laced heals that she had with white painted nails.

Everything about her looked so perfect to me.

I needed to make her mine before someone else would.

My finger hovered over the send button. Which the message read 'hey ma, i was the one at the party that you was talkin to we should get to know each other more cuz i was really enjoying your company' I wasn't good with this relationship shit since I was never shown how to really love somebody.

I shut off my phone and took a drag out of my blunt.

Getting up from my bed so I can go shower before Jazelle woke up I saw a text from Dougie.

I planned on taking a quick shower before I answered the text.

Grabbing my purple towel I stepped into the bathroom.

Sliding my pink shorts and taking off my black tang top to reveal my boobs.

Stepping into the cold white shower I twist the knob letting all the warm water come down on me.

Once I finally stepped out of the shower I dry myself and slip on my slides.

Making my way into my bedroom I closed the door behind me and put on my bra.

Grabbing my dove deodorant I put some on. Once I finished getting dressed I picked up my phone and responded to Dougie.

It would be great to know more about him since. It was good knowing he wanted to take things slow unlike my ex Jay.

Flashback

"Text me when you get inside" Jay said to me as he placed the black audi in park "alright I will" I responded. I soon noticed that he was getting closer and closer to me.

We just me a week ago ion know what the fuck he tryna do but he better move away.

I quickly turned my head and grabbed my guess purse. "Alright Mariana bye" Jay said as he pulled back in embarrassment.

I waved to him bye cause it was awkward.

Flashback over

That was not even the first time.

He would try to force me to do things I didn't want too.

"You look mad good" Jay said to me as he liked his lips and looked up and down at me.

He moved closer to me and started rubbing on me "Jay what are you doing" I asked as he tried to move his hands more on me.

"Jay stop it" I said as I repeated that same sentence over three times.

He never stopped.

He started to kiss on my neck but I moved him off of me. "I told you to fucking stop do you not listen" I slightly yelled.

"Why you actin like that Mari i'm tryna give you a good time" he replied. I ignored him he gave me straight disgust.

Flashback over

I cleared the negative thoughts out of my mind once I saw Jazelle's small body walking into the room.

"Hey mi niña how'd you sleep" I asked as I rubbed the top of her curly hair "good i'm hungry" Jazelle replied.

It was currently 2:45 and Alexis was already done with school and should be on her way.

I started making some rice and chicken.

"Go sit on the couch while I cook" I said to Jazelle as she looked up at me and nodded her head.

Grabbing my phone I saw a reply from Dougie. "You tryna pull up and smoke tonight" I smiled at the text as I heard Alexis loud voice "who got you smiling like that" she said as she laughed "mind ya business and take off ya shoes" I replied to her and I quickly responded to dougie. "Yea fs what time?"

"Can cblu come over pleaseeeeee" Alexis said as she begged me "I mean sure but he gotta go before mami comes home" I said as she thanked me.

I had placed the food on the table as Jazelle, Alexis, Cblu, and I sat at the table.

"Mami can you cut my chicken" Jazelle said as she moved her plate towards me "claro mi niña" I replied as I started cutting it for her.

(Translation: of course my girl)

"Nah dis mad good" Cblu said "mari makes good ass food" Alexis said "don't gas me up too much" I said as I laughed.

It was now 6:30 and I am now sitting in the living room with Jazelle and Alexis was in the room with blu.

I had continued to text Dougie which I enjoyed very much. I was kinda excited to smoke with him tonight.

Dougie planned on picking me up at 9. 

"Alexis" I yelled as I heard her footsteps "what" she replied "get ya mans out of here mami is about to come home" I said as she mumbled an ok.
