Obito gave me all your letters and I read them. I broke up with Mina after what she done to you, now I know why everybody is kinda mad at me. I read your last one and I am really worried about you. I am sorry I didn't come to your birthday or when your parents died. I am sorry for everything. I want to make it up for you when you leave the hospital.
Also I only got with her cause I thought you didn't love me. I loved you since we met, but you never blushed around me or any signs that you liked me, so I thought you didn't like me and I moved on. But now I know you like me I don't know how to react. But I will make it up to you after what I did I promise. I will always be by your side no matter what. I am really sorry for everything I did, I will spend a day with you to make it up for your birthday and some other stuff. We can still hangout a lot like we used to I promise that.
