the power of psionics allow the user to use various forms of psychic abilities/powers, including (but not limited to) psychokinesis, telepathy, teleportation, precognition etc.
psychokinesis— the psychic ability to manipulate or interact with matter with mental effort alone. psychokinetics only utilise their mind power (thoughts, emotions, etc) or psychic energy driving from the astral or mental plane to power their telekinetic abilities. telepathy— users are able to receive and transmit information from person to person through mental means. some of the more common abilities also considered telepathy would be mind-reading and detecting the presences of other minds through extrasensory means. more advanced users can completely control the minds of their targets and manipulate their thoughts and emotions at will. teleportation— the power to teleport from one location to another. precognition— users can foresee possible futures and observe what may happen, so because of future knowledge, visions of the future are subject to frequent shifting. while not being able to select futures, these visions may assist in possible courses of action. depends mainly on whether or not users are viewing destiny or probability.
