You make sure Sadie is safe home and you go home too
You arrive home, park your car and walk to the door. You take your keys from your pocket and open the door. Your parents aren't home, they are visiting some friends and they are going back tomorrow
You go to your room and put your stuff on the desk. After that you go to the bathroom and take a shower. After today it feels so nice being under a hot water
When you have random t-shirt and shorts on you lay on the bed. Your head is buried into the pillow and your mind is still repeating tonight
"I love you Sadie..."
"Y/n..."
"I am sorry-.."
Everything is spinning around you and you eventually fall asleep in tears
When you wake up you hear something from downstairs so you sit up and look around. When you are fully awake you check you phone it's 13:47.
"Wow i slept that much?" You say to yourself.
You get up and go to your bathroom. You pick up your toothbrush and turn on water. After brushing your teeth you fixing your hair and go downstairs
When you are standing in the door to the kitchen you see your dad yelling and throwing things at your mom. It's not loud because he still thinks that you are sleeping but you see it all and without another thought you run towards him and catch his fist before he can hurt mom
"Don't you dare to touch her!" You yell at him
But he immediately takes your arm with his another free hand and squeezes it so hard so you let go of him. But he is so angry so he punches you right into the face but you don't mind you take collar of his shirt
"You are going to listen me now, do you understand?!" You yell into his face
"Say you understand!!"
"Yes.." he says quietly
"What ?!"
" I understand" he says and you can feel that you took the control and he is little scared of you
"You gonna leave this house and never come back!! And don't you dare contact or search for me or mom again. We don't want you in our fucking lives do you understand??!!" You yell at him even though you can hear mom crying behind you
He just nods
"You understand?" You ask
"Yes i understand" he says to you
"So leave !!" You yell and let go of him and point to the front door
When he is gone you turn to your mom and take her face into your hands
"Mom please don't cry, it's over i promise" you say and take her into a hug
When your mom breaks the hug she looks at you and grabs a tissue and starts cleaning blood from your nose
"I am so sorry Y/n.." she says still crying
You take her hand and put it away from your face
"Mom, it's okay. Go to the bedroom and i will make you tea okay? You need to calm down now." You say calmly rubbing her hand with yours
She nods and makes her way to the bedroom
You go to the kitchen and make her tea. But before you go to her room you grab that tissue and clean your blood
When your mum finishes her tea she falls asleep and you go to your room and grab your skateboard, large hoodie and trousers and go out
It's cold but still good road for skateboard. You drop your skate and go to the nearest skatepark. You spend there almost 2 hours just going around and sitting on the edge of ramps and thinking. Then your phone buzzes and you pick it up don't mind who is it
"Yes?"
"Hi Y/n,..i know you don't want to talk to me but i just want to make sure you are okay and..i want to say sorry" Sadie says through the phone and you can say that instead of sleeping she was crying
"Are you okay? Did you even sleep?" You say
Sadie knows you are broken but still care about her and that breaks her even more
"Y/n..."
"You didn't, did you." You sigh "are you home?" You ask
"Y-yeah" she says nervously and you immediately hung up and go home
When you are home you run up to your room throw your skateboard down and grab your keys
You run out, jump on your motorbike and start driving to Sadie's house
After 5-6 minutes you arrive. You get off and go to the front door. You knock five times to make Sadie knows that it's you
After a while the door opens and Sadie is standing in the door frame
"Y-y/n? Wh-what are you doing here?" She says shocked
But when you see her eyes, face, your hoodie on her. you can say that she is way too worse than you. You took it quite good but Sadie. You are sure that she cried, she cried so much and regret it even when it's not her fault
You don't say a word and rush through her to her room. You find her room in mess. Tissues are everywhere but what catch your attention are photos of you two on her bed
"Y/n you need to get out, please." She says behind you
You turn around and see her eyes watering up again
"No Sadie i can't. You are still my friend and i care about you so i will stay here until you get better and get some sleep." You say and start cleaning her room
"Y/n you don't have to do it" she says still standing there
"Sadie stop!" You say louder and look at her "sorry...go to bed i will make your favourite tea and i will be back." You say and go to the kitchen
You lean on the kitchen island and sigh. Even through it hurts so much to be around her now you have to be here for her. She is broken because of what she feels or what she doesn't feel and you will do everything to make her feel better even if it hurts the most
