"Is it because of that..?" He asked and frown. His voice turn to husky as it got lower.

That?? Did he mean... wait he remember?? I thought he forget it since he act like nothing happened. I was looking everywhere but him. Standing close with him like this is not helping at all. My eyes then accidentally met his eyes. His beautiful eyes.

Not gonna lie. I feel like time's stop and got myself drowning into his beautiful and dark orbs. He then slowly leaned closer to my ear. It makes me panic and nervous yet again.

"If it's because of that......

then just forget about it...like always..." he whispered and slowly move away while flashing a smirk at me.

The lift then opened and he got out. I was left dumbfounded and alone. For the nth time he told me to forget everything that happened. How can I? He said like it was so easy. Like he was only playing with me. He can't just do whatever he likes and tell me to forget it the next day. I thought he changed a little bit since he apologies but I guess not.

Shaking off my thought I got off from the lift and took a cab back to office.

I reached home at 10pm. There was so much works. Glad that I could finished all of it. As soon as I reached home I saw his car already parked there in the garage.

I went inside quietly and went straight to the kitchen to take a sip two of water. I'm so thirsty and exhausted. I was drinking the water when he suddenly speak.

"why are you late?" he asked. It make me choke out of shock. And it ruin my shirt. I put down the glass and wipe the water that got spit out but I didn't answer him. I heard the foot movement leaving the kitchen. Good. I just don't have the mood to talk to him. Yet.

Finished cleaning everything up I went upstairs to my room. Just I was about to hold the doorknob my phone ring. I took it and saw Wonwoo's name. I frowned. Why he called me at this late. Shrugging I took the call.

"Hel—"

"why you want to quit?" he cut me off. Quit? Quit what?

"Sorry what? quit what?  I-I don't understand.."

"You asked me what after you've send your resignation letter? Eunjin you didnt even talk with me first."

"R-Resign what?? I-I didnt send anything."

"It's from your email. And it's not only send to me but to the board members too."

"what?! No. Won please... I didnt send it. I still want to work with you."

"Eunjin, as much as I want to help you, I can't since the resignation letter that 'you' send, was a 24 hours notice. If it was a week or month I can help you. There's a big penalty for a staff who filed a 24 hours notice. Besides it was also send to the board members and the whole company know about it already."

"but Won, I didnt send it..please trust me" I said on the verge of crying. I heard he sigh before answering.

"Eun, I know it's not you but I can't do anything. I can't help you. The company rules was set by me and I has set a rule that if you want to resign give at least one month notice not 24 hours. I'm maybe the ceo here but I can't take you back even if I want. It's just..not fair to the others, you know? I hope you understand. I'm sorry. I really am."

"Won, I'm sorry..but you believe me right? I didnt send it.."

"I know and I believe you. I want to ask you to do something but...it's not good so yea just forget it. It's okay."

"Thank you and I'm sorry again." I said and hung up the phone. Sigh, now I'm back to being jobless. I didn't submit the letter nor have any laptop or computer with me right now. But I think I know the answer.

With the fire burning in me, I stormed to his office room. Loudly pushed the door opened and see him giving all his attention to the computer.

"why did you do it?" I asked as I stepped inside. He didn't answer and still focusing on his computer. It made my blood boil so I asked him again.

"Are you deaf? I asked you, why did you do it?" I asked almost shouting out of anger. He continue to ignore me. I can't take it anymore. He is so annoying that made me explode out of sudden.

"Yoon Jeonghan I'm talking to you! Why did you do that?!"

He then stop doing whatever he's doing and turn his chair to face me. He smirk before looking up.

"So now you talk. I thought you have turn mute since last week." He said that made me mad as ever.

"Why did you do that?!" I asked angrily. Bet my face is all red now.

"Do what?" he played. Oh god help me.

"You know what you've done. Why did you wrote my resignation letter?"

"oh that? Well...it's because I want to." he said smirkingly that made me loose all the patient.

"just that?!"

"Didn't I told you before? to not come home late no matter what the reason is. Remember? but look at you" he added. I rolled my eyes.

"It's not me who decided all of that! I just follow the rules!"

"well then, that's why I sent it. You don't have to follow it anymore. Easy." he said and made me feeling so frustrated.

"You can't just do that! It's my life! My right to do what I want! Not you! Not anyone!" I screamed and without realizing tears fell from my eyes.

"This is the only thing I asked from you and for the first time, I get to do what I want but you've ruined it! Isn't it enough that you've ruin my life before?! ISN'T IT?!" and now I become a sobbing mess.

I ran out of the room and went to my room. I throw myself on the bed, curling under the blanket and cried to myself. How can he thinks it as easy when it's actually upsetting me? Didn't he thought about how I really feels even just for a second? I guess he didn't have time or even a second to think about me. I once again crying myself out to sleep.
