The story starts from there when vinu completed his race, then talked to savi and back to CN.
And one more thing here Samrat's body was not found as he was thrown from the cliff by jagatap's mens after jagtap hitted him.. And Mansi (Samrat's aai) left the house before virakhi wedding leaving a Letter..
