Four mended chapters and three coffees later, I decided to brush my teeth and put on some proper clothes, instead of the pj shorts I'm rocking right now.

Returning in my jumper and leggings to the sofa, instead of the floor, because it hurt my ass, I spotted my phone's notification.

"Hey?" I called Jessica back.

"Hey, girl. How's everything going?"

"Really good." I found myself smiling. "I'm almost done the book, the covers done, social media is going mad- everything's falling into place."

"I'm so glad. Also, I did something..."

"Oh no."

"No no no, it's not bad. Swear. But can I come over soon?"

"Of course, I'll be here all day. But what did you do?"

"You'll see, okay? It's easier to show you."

"Okay, fine, see you then?"

"Yeah, bye."

Placing my phone down, I carried on typing away until two chapters later, when I heard a knock at the door.
"Coming!" I slid across my floor in my fluffy socks. "Hey."

"Hi." Jess came in with a noticeable poster rolled up under her arm. Her dark red hair was thrown up in a bun and an oversized black jumper hung off her.

"What's this?" I asked, leading her to the sofa. We sat down and she rolled the map out where I was previously sat on the floor.

"It's a plan. The Elijah and Lowen three months planner."

"Three months?"

"Yes, three months. Now focus. We start here..."

She got straight into explaining the multicoloured map of plans. I guess she doesn't go to Design school for nothing.

She talked me through it, starting with the dates that we send the book to the printers, 'secret' dates that paparazzi will be tipped off about, the date we announce the book and how, when we release it, the book-release parties, interviews, social events, and so much more.

"Jessica did you even do your school work yesterday?"

"All this and that's your only question? I think I did good."

"You did so good, but you can't spend all your time worrying about me."

"I know, I know."

"Thank you." I leant my head on her shoulder. "That was only my first question though; What happens if we miss a deadline? How are we meant to just have press interviews? Who's organising these parties?"

My questions never ended, and for the next ten minutes, she answered every one I threw at her.
"What happens after three months?"

"You two go off the radar, and a few weeks later, have a subtle, yet publicly known, breakup. You decide you're better off just as friends. The world is in shock because they thought you were soulmates. You disappear off the face of the earth, only to return months later with a heartbreaking single, and, if you're up for it, and announcement of a sequel to Pierced."

"You've really thought this through, huh?"

"Yes. I'm a mastermind. I promise you, this will work!"

"Has Eli seen this? And agreed?"

"Samuels tackling him at the moment. We'll have to wait and see."

"Okay." Slim chance.

"Oh, and I also was going to ask for access to your webpage. You'll need to add your book to it too, not just your music."
