tomorrow would be our 5 year anniversary and i was going to propose at the restaurant we had out first date

she knew i was taking her out for but she didn't know where i've already made reservations and at the exact same table too

it was currently 6pm and i was picking her up at 8

same as last time

when it was 7:55 i texted her and she said she was ready so i headed over since we still lived next to each other and knocked on her door

she opened it grinning at me

how did i get so lucky to date a girl this beautiful

she gave me a little twirl

"you look absolutely stunning my love" i said proudly

"why thank you so do you" she winks at me

we walk over back to my house and i drive us there since i got my licenses

i give her a blindfold

"put this on" i say

"why?" she laughs

"we're going to a secret location" i now say winking at her

so she puts it on and i start driving

we arrive at the restaurant and i get out my car to let open her door and let her out
