"No don't. Please. I love him"
"That's where you went wrong. If you had loved me, I would have given you everything. Money, power, status"
"Love doesn't work like that. It doesn't care about money, power, status. I didn't set out to love him. But he is who my heart chose and wants"
"That's your big mistake. Your heart chose to love him and not me"
"Please don't. If you love me even a bit, please leave him. He didn't do anything"
"If I leave him, will you marry me?"
"Anything. Please just leave him"
He stepped forward
"No. You are not going to ruin your life because of me"
"Don't listen to him. I'll do whatever you want. Please just leave him alone"
"No. I'm not going to let you sacrifice yourself because of me. You want to kill me, go ahead"
She ran in front of him
"No. Please no. I'm begging you. Please leave him alone"
He pushed her away
"Go on then. I'm not scared"
"No", she shouted from the floor, "please don't"
"He's asking for it"
"No. He doesn't know what he's saying. Just leave him, and we can happily start our new life together"
"Enough", he said grabbing the gun and shooting him
"No", she screamed
She ran up to him and cradled him in her arms
"It's going to be alright. I've got you. Your going to be just fine"
"I'm sorry"
"No, do not say that. Your an idiot. Why did you have to do this? I was handing it"
"No. I was never going to let you ruin your life for him. But I failed on that part too. I'm sorry"
"No. This is not your fault. You can't leave me. What will I do without you?"
"You'll be fine. Your strong and independent. Stubborn too. That's why I fell in love with you. But it took me ages to make you fall in love with me"
"If I had known that you were so romantic, I wouldn't have played so hard to get"
"I'm going now"
"No"
"Just remember that I'll always be in here", he said pointing to her heart
"No", she screamed as he went limp in her arms
He came forward and grabbed her
"Let's go. He's gone now"
"No. I'm not going anywhere", she said crying over his dead body
She grabbed his gun
"What are you doing?"
"What does it look like? I'm going to be with him"
"Don't. I love you"
"Love? Do you even know what love is? Who gave you the right to love me? I never looked at you that way. I'm not someone you can buy with your money. I'm my own person with my own life and own choices. I wish you realised that. You might be a big person but you have a small heart. Your very small minded"
"Don't"
She looked at him
"I'm coming. Please wait for me"
"No", he yelled as she shot herself, and collapsed on his body
"Argh!", Caitlin screamed as she woke up from her nightmare
Caitlin looked around her room. What was happening to her? This was the same nightmare that she was having every night as she went to sleep. But why? Who were these people in her nightmare? She got up and got ready for the day ahead, pushing these nightmares to the back of her head. She was really tired, but drank some coffee in the hopes of waking up. She dashed out of her house and ran to her car. She quickly put her foot on the accelerator and quickly drove to where she was needed for the rest of the day
"Sorry I'm late guys"
Caitlin got into her office and sat down
"Are you alright?", asked one of her team members coming in
"I dont know. I think so"
"Rough night?"
"I don't know. I've been having this same dream for days. Every night as soon as I fall asleep. The thing is it doesn't even feel like a dream. It feels real, like it actually happened. He shot him, and now he's dead. He killed him. He killed him, and I feel like it happened right in-front of me and I couldn't do anything. He's dead, he killed him", Caitlin screamed
