I groaned every time I felt a pair of eyes on me but thankfully Amity was there and helped me through it or else they wouldn't exactly be standing right now

"Does anyone know where Luka came from?"

"I'm glad Amity finally found someone else she was so heart broke over the last one"

"Think they would be interested in adding one more?"

I didn't realize my anger was becoming more obvious until I felt Amity's hand in mine caressing my knuckles thankfully I just said that in my head and not out loud

I sighed feeling a little bit of the aggression leaving my body that was until He showed up.

"Wow looks like I underestimated your friendship didn't know best friends went around banging each other"

I growled at him my eyes definitely betraying me

I perked up at this making a mental note to give her double the affection after school

She did her signature smirk pulled my along walking to our class

"Where did you get those?"

"Your lucky the twins go to college and already knew how to Photoshop images"

Connor's pov:

"Did you find who your looking for?"

"Yes sir I do believe we have found what we've been looking for and she's been right under our noses this entire time I'm such a fool."

"Well stop delaying and make a plan to capture her!"

"Oh I think we already have a plan sir and it requires a certain human girl"

Amity pov

Luz seemed on edge most of the day school was no help yeah she kicked everyone's tail in dogeball not getting a single out but the way she looked today was as is she was being judged or felt out of place

"Hey Luz want to go get some ice cream?"

She acted as if she was thinking before she looked down at me

"Yeah I could go for some"

I got all giddy it's been a while since we went out together just the two of us

She stopped her eyes caught on something the look of fear and pure terror was visible

Nothing she begun to shake

"Luz? Can you hear me?"

I backed away some wanting to give her space until she was able to understand and hear

I touched my hand to her arm very gently so she wouldn't be more scared her eyes fell to the ground and shut, something is definitely bothering her she's never acted like this before

She pulled me into a hug a tight one might I add

"Where'd you go? You had me worried" I said softly

"I I don't know I thought I saw someone from when I was in the boiling isles and and I just felt trapped Amity it was it was so.."

I finished her sentence she just nodded and held me tighter

"Somethings coming and I don't know what yet but it's not good amity"

I nodded as I pat her back

"Well we can prepare but right now if it's okay with you? I'd like to just have a relaxing date with my amazing girlfriend at the ice cream shop while we gossip about the good witch azura series over a nice bowl of mint chocolate chip and caramel pecan ice cream"

She smiled and kissed my forehead making me giggle

I said as I took her hand listening to her laugh
