Alright. Some general info.
The leader needs to have a sibling or kit that becomes the deputy and the deputy needs to have someone to become deputy when they become leader (The leader's deputy has to be a brother, sister, or their kit. Preferably a kit.)

There can be multiple med cats, but they all must be siblings from the same litter. One of the cats has to have a litter of kits that will become the next med cats. Only one litter. If two or more of the med cats have kits, the most suitable litter will become the next medicine cats while the other will become warriors or caretakers. If there's one med cat and they have two litters, then the same happens as it does when there's two litters with siblings.
