"Well shit..." said a young man outloud in annoyance after realising the predicament he had ended up in.

The young man had raven black hair, silver colored eyes that had a rather nasty-mean looking shape to it that made his face look rather villainous, even more so with the annoyed look he currently had. He wore a red trench coat and underneath the trench coat he wore a grey shirt made of an unknown material. He also wore black utility pants that reached down to his feet. His shoes were black with orange lining on it, and the tip of the shoes were covered in steel. He also wore a pair of glasses and an orange scarf around his neck.

'I blame dad for rubbing of his bad luck off on me.' I thought while thinking of a red-haired man before refocusing on my current situation once more.

I was standing in an active medieval city with people that had animal features.

It was shocking, to say the least, that one minute you are chasing a insane dead apostle, then suddenly sensing a distortion in time and space, then the next minute, you are at a completely different place. I first thought that I had been hit by displacement magecraft spell but quickly dropped that idea after looking around and sensing the abnormal amount of mana in the air.

'Yeah, I have most definitely been transported to another world, which means...' I thought while inhaling as much air as possible before...

"DAMN YOU ZELRETCH!" Cursing outloud the name of the wizard marshall with all of my might.

Now, you might wonder who this person who seemingly is screaming and cursing in the middle of an active street. Allow me to introduce myself. Hi! My name is Subaru Emiya-Tohsaka, and let me tell you some important things about myself and how I ended up in this predicament.

Let me start with when I was five years old, a disaster struck my hometown. A large part of the town was destroyed, many homes were ravaged, and many died, including my parents. I remember very little of my life before the disaster.

One of the "first" things I could remember at that time was being saved by a man who would later on in my life become the one I consider my father. I remember seeing the man being dressed in a black skintight-looking vest with silver lining on it, black pants and shoes with bits of black armour on them. What was most noticeable was his red cloak that looked like it wasn't even its original colour, like it had been stained by something red for years.

I remember suddenly feeling something wet falling on my cheeks, which made me look up at the man's face. He had rather exotic copper red hair and molten-steel eyes. He was crying but not out of sadness but out of happiness.

"He's alive! Thank god that I found one alive..." Cried the man in tearful happiness.

When I heard him say that, I became confused. Why? I mean, he didn't look like he was hurt anywhere, so how could he be saved?

"Thank you... thank you so much." Said the man more softly as he smiled down at me.

His smile looked so bright...so warm... so happy... but also somewhat disturbing.
After that my exhaustion caught up with me, and I passed out.

This event was 14 years ago, and a lot has happened since then. I was adopted by the man who saved me, Shirou Emiya, and his girlfriend, who I would end up seeing as my mother, Rin Tohsaka, a woman who was in her early twenties. She had black long hai and  blue eyes and was dressed in red clothes and had a black skirt. And both were something known as a magus.
