Just yesterday we said goodbye to a childhood hero Robbie Coltrane, who played Hagrid in the Harry potters movies passed away at 72. 20 years ago, Hagrid knocked down our doors and took us to Hogwarts starting the amazing adventure all over again on screen. Robbie said that when he was gone Hagrid would remain and he's right let's honor his legacy. For the next few days, I want there to be no Fandom fights, no arguing over the Harry Potter vs Percy Jackson debate, no criticism of JK Rowling or her works no matter how deserving, no yelling. Hagrid was a character who found the good in what looked truly monstrous, he cared for everyone and took in those who were broken and lost just like Harry. Hagrid had a big heart and cared so much for everyone so in honor of losing him let's not fight, let's just raise a wand for our fallen childhood hero, our fallen friend, and say farewell.
Rest in Peace Robbie Coltrane thank you for bringing Hogwarts to us all
