"Because it's me, duh?" Qi Rong said with a roll of his eyes.
"He is the only foolish one who will keep his old name." Feng Xin agreed.
"Why did you keep your name when others threw it away?" Qing Xuan asked curiously but only received an eye roll and a look of disgust.
'Hmm...drowning him sounds nice right now.' He Xuan thought.
The little green ghosts that surrounded Qi Rong were loudly acclaiming him king and wildly chattered, so Xie Lian somewhat figured out what had transpired. Turns out when Qi Rong sent a few of his henchmen to the Ghost City, they failed in causing havoc, and was decimated by Hua Cheng.
"Why would you attack Hua Cheng of all people?" He Xuan asked with a raised brow.
"That's plain stupidity." Wu Du heartlessly said. "Even I know not to mess with him."
Hua Cheng just smirked all throughout while gently patting Xie Lian's hair, proud he was able to scare many people.
He then regrouped and was ready to fight again.
"You just never know when to give up." Ling Wen sighed in disappointment, grateful that she didn't need to deal with someone as stubborn but powerful as him. All she got in heaven are stubborn fools that are extremely weak which makes her curious about how the gods are chosen.
But before the second round had even started, the henchmen bumped into the exiled Pei Su on the road.
