In the early day, Kahuna is at his home doing some important calculations at his disk
"Huh, the title power of the North Pacific current minus the moon in mercury divided by PI..." He trailed off then gasped
"EL DUDERINO!!" He shouted in shock

Somewhere at the beach two best friends are seen surfing
"MAN DID YOU SEE THAT AIR?!" Reef exclaimed to his friend in front of him Broseph, which he responded by howling
Once they made it back at the beach, they hold their surfboards and walked
"Sweet air back there Broseph" Reef tells him
"You too dude" Broseph tells him
They stopped walking once Reef notices Broseph's board
"You need some wax for that bad boy?" Reef asks as he tosses some wax to Broseph which he caught easily
"Sweet. Anytime you need to borrow my board-shorts just say the word" Broseph tells him smiling
"Ah thanks?" Reef said weirded out at the offer
Both boys turned once they heard Kahuna yelling at them
"EL DUDERINO!" He shouted running up to the two guys
"EL KAHUNA, WHAT'S UP!" Reef shouted back
"No. El Duderino! It's the gnarliest most powerful wave of all time" Kahuna explained to them once he caught up to them then took a breath from the run
"Huh?" The boys questioned in unison
"It only happens every 20 years and if my calculations are right, El Duderino's going to hit Sunset Beach this weekend" He continued to explain while gesturing to his charts in hand
"Okay big guy" Reef said as he and Broseph don't believe him
"I'm serious cats, El Duderino is like an 11 on the awesome scale. The last cats who rode it made the cover of every surf magazine in the world" Kahuna further explained then showed them a old magazine showing a guy and a familiar girl to Broseph on the front cover, both boys are shocked at the information
"Dude. We have got to ride that wave" Reef tells him feeling excited to ride it

In the staff change room are two girls getting ready to go to work until their friend showed up with messed up hair aka the spoiled daughter of Mr. Ridgemount
"I hate this job. Do you see what the humidity in the staff house did to my hair?" Lo said pointing at her hair
"Oh, yeah for a minute I thought you were going for the caveman look" Finn jokingly said
"Finn, this is serious" Lo says being dramatic
"Chill out, it's not that big of deal" Finn tells her
"Sup bride of Frankenstein" Reef said once he came into the room and sees Lo's hair making Finn and Emma hold in their laughs but stopped laughing once they heard their boss using a megaphone making everyone face him
"Attention staff people we've got a Code Red, I just received word that a very very very very important person is staying at the hotel none other than the one and only Mr. Stanley Stevens" Andrew "Bummer" Baumer said excitedly revealing the name but everyone didn't show the same excitement for not knowing who the guy is.
"Stanley Stevens editor-in-chief of luxury vacations magazine aka the world's toughest travel critic" He continued but received the same reaction as before
"His review will make or break this place, if we make a 10 out of 10 it'll put this hotel on the map and put me in line for a major promotion" He then said and began doing a weird little dance imagining the promotion while everyone was looking at him oddly. He then stopped and stood up straight
"Therefore I order all of you to give Mr. Stevens the absolute best this establishment has to offer, the finest foods, the silkiest sheets, the most pristine pool and a room in the Royal Suite" He said
"That's the best room in the hotel after daddy's penthouse" Lo whispered to the girls as Andrew began walking in front of the staff
"For the next 48 hours we are in v.v.v.v VIP mode, there will be no slacking off. If you're not on duty, you're helping someone who is. Anyone who messes this up for me, we'll be looking at a big fat strike, any questions?" Andrew said then asked as he stopped walking
"Can me and Broseph get the weekend off to catch a seriously sick wave?" Reef said gesturing to his friend and himself
"NOT A CHANCE PUNK!" Andrew shouted through the megaphone in their faces making the two guys groan in disappointment
"NOW PEOPLE, LET'S GET PREPPED!" He continued to shout
