North:
Dark hair, blue eyes and tattoos across your skin
Scars from a life that some wish we could help with
That smile that can make me feel as if your words are all I ever need to hear
But many know that mask is something that you wear
When you need to ask us to begin
We will always be there
What we have seen you go through has broken many of a man before you
But you would not let you
And although the 'Flashbacks' may consume you
Never will you allow it to become you
This is the strength that you show even within the darkness there is still so much light for you to give
To all the world if only they could see it
Instead of seeing you as something else, something you are not
And for that Dear North is all I can ask of you.
If someone asks me what makes you
You, I would reply
Your Strength, your Kindness, but also your vulnerability
Are all the qualities that I need to have in you North
So don't throw them away
Keep them close to your heart like I keep you close to mine
How could someone's eyes tell someone so much?
Without the need for words.
How can you be able to do what you do?
Without needing someone to hold.
If someone points my heart
It shall always bear North
Because he is the one and only
No one ever comes close
Neither will anyone again
