The Battles I Face

Two Realities

  In our walk in this life we will experience two realities.
 
  When I am down and don't know what to do or about to give up. Heaven cheers and hell cheers.

  Heaven cheers me on to keep fighting the good fight of faith. While hell cheers in high hopes for my down fall.

  But even if the righteous fall seven times, he rises each time. I bear scars on my body that the life of Christ be found in me.

  I may be poor in the things of this world but I am rich in faith. I may be downcasted but not cast down.

  The good news I preach is peace to some and doom to others. I am loved by some and hated by others.

  I may not be rich from the world's perspective but I have gold in Heaven that cannot rust nor be stolen.
