Third Person's POV

Skylar feels nervous about the duel that his friends they're about to face duelist is probably not from this school I mean is Crowler who he's thinking about who knows what they're planning

'What are you up to Crowler? Knowing you already, you would bring no push-overs to be Jaden and Syrus' opponents.' Skylar wonders then he hears people talking as he walks out and sees Alexis, Lita, and Chumley looking down on a cliff. He curiously walks towards them, looks down, and sees Syrus and Jaden dueling against each other "what's going on?"

"Jaden and Cyrus decided to train by dueling against each other" Lita explains but then notices her adoptive brother's expression "are you okay?" She asks him

Skylar nods but says "Physically fine, I'm Just worried. I hope Syrus can bring his 100 percent when it comes to the tag duel."

"Well the three of us were trying to encourage Syrus, but somehow it not working" Chumley explains to the gray-haired male who thinks and nods 

"Okay, I know what to do" Skylar walks off down to where Jaden and Syrus are and he stood in front of Syrus and crouches down to the shorter boy's level as he says "Hey... people win, people lose, I know that our time here is on the line, but remembered that this is not just a "your" problem, Syrus is also my problem, and Jaden don't let those feeling get the best of you but think about it, Jaden and I can't stay being undefeated forever, I don't know much about your personal life or your family or anything, just put it this way. Syrus, you don't need any of your family members' approval to do what you love, or what you have to do. Yes, there might be duelists that might out-smart you but there's always a time when you have to take a leap of faith and let your heart and mind become one... even if there's a mistake or if we'll be expelled, is not and will never be your fault, Syrus. Do you understand?" Skylar says to Syrus that Jaden and the others present were confused, except for Lita since she grew up with him she understands it well.

Syrus looks at Skylar with sparkled eyes inspired by the gray-haired boy's words and nods "you're right, I shouldn't my doubt and insecurities pull me down!" He looks at Skylar with a teary smile and hugs Sky "thank you Sky"

Skylar smiles and hugs back "you're welcome"

Meanwhile, Jaden watching the scene narrows his eyes at them feeling jealous 'is just Sy, is just Sy' Jaden says in his thoughts

Skylar pulls away from the hug and looks at Syrus "alright, now I'm going to move out of your way don't worry about the tag duel now, worry about this one. I know you can get through" Skylar says with a wink before walking off walking past Jaden and stopping and quickly giving Jaden a quick peck on the cheek "don't go too hard on him, Jaden" with that Skylar leave the two as they continue their duel
