Tony Stark's Daughter: Part-2

Start from the beginning

"Well, I've been telling you this 'fact' since the day I knew that you can be trusted with my secrets, Reyes", said Nancy as she closed her last suitcase.

"Fancy a biscuit? Sent all the way from New York", Nancy offered eying the plate of biscuits(cookies) on the study table. He took one and continued talking, "Wow, these are delicious--", he complimented and continued, "--well, you know, I thought it was a bit far-fetched, and that you were making a monkey out of me, Scott, sorry Stark", said Oliver helping himself another biscuit.

Nancy smirked and said, "I can't help with that, mate. It was your fault, and thank you for the compliment".

Before Oliver could continue to defend himself, there was and knock on the door. Nancy walked passed Oliver and opened the door to Happy Hogan, the  'forehead' of security, standing on the other side. "Hey there, kiddo! You packed all your bags? I need to put the rest in the car", he asked.

"Yep! This is the last one, here you go" she said handing Happy the last suitcase.

"Alrighty then! Tell your goodbyes to your friends Nancy, we'll be flying home in an hour." Happy said taking the suitcase out as Nancy's face glowed with happiness.

Happy hadn't noticed Oliver in the room in a hurry and was startled when Oliver acknowledged himself.

"Oh! Hello Mr. Reyes. Sorry, didn't see you there. Good to see that you're here." Oliver nodded as Happy left the room.

"Oh, and I also can't believe that ur real name is Nancy Stark and not  Nelsey Scott." He continued.

"I mean why not? For almost 10 years I knew her by one name and suddenly one day she says that's not her name, and it has never been. It's like I don't even know u anymore Nel-- Nancy. See what I mean?" Oliver ranted.

Nancy rolled her eyes and said, "Oh come on Oliver! it's not like I disguised as a completely different person, both appearance vice and personality vice. I'm the same person you've known for 10 years and will always be. After my mum died, my dad was paranoid about my safety that he created a fake identity and a fake background for me." She took her backpack and slung it on her shoulder, looked at her dorm room for the last time and took a deep breath, and continued, "Let me tell it out loud for you, in case you don't remember, my dad, Tony Stark, has a LOT of enemies and that means I'm a liability for my dad AND his friends/colleagues if my identity is known. I can be kidnapped and tortured or be done something worse than that by them. Since it has happened before, I'm not very fond of it happening again. Come on now, let's get outta here." she said and both of them left the room and started walking towards the Principal's office.

"Bloody hell! Nancy, I didn't know half of it and you can't just dump all that on me and expect me not to ask you questions! That's not fair!" Oliver complained.

"You can ask all the questions you wanna ask, but you and I both know that you won't get a single answer." Nancy said. Oliver sighed in defeat and they both walked to the school grounds where Principal Reyes, the other two good friends of Nancy, Noah and Austin Hughes (identical twins), and Happy were all waiting near the car.

"Hey! I'm gonna miss you two." Nancy said as she hugged the twins.

"You have no idea how boring it's gonna be without you." said Noah.

"I'm pretty sure she does, Noah." Austin joked. All 4 of them chuckled at their inside joke.

"Alright, boys. Let Ms. Stark be on her way now. I know for a fact that the 4 of you will talk every day. You will be missed, Nancy." said the principal with a small smile.

Nancy turned to the principal and said, "Thank you, Principal Reyes, for putting up with me AND my dad for all these years. I will miss your disappointing looks and occasional scoldings and appreciations." The principal chuckled in response and the 4 friends hugged for the last time.
