Pokemon: The Path of a Pokemon Master - Kanto Arc

(S1)~ Prologue

It was currently a quiet and peaceful night in Pallet town in the Kanto Region. Far in the outskirts of the town, there was a large three-story red house with a blue roof with a large outdoor ranch. That had enough room for all the Pokemon that lived there at the Nursery that the owners of the house run.

Inside of the house lives a young our protagonist. His name is Marshall Gold, a young ten-year-old boy with a dream to achieve.

"I will be a Pokemon Master!" He said in in head.

A ten-year-old can now get a Pokemon trainer license from Professor Oak, the town Pokemon expert.

So now that he was ten years old, he decided to start traveling around the Kanto Region so that he could become a Pokemon master. He was currently wearing a dark blue striped pajama shirt and matching pants.

Anyway, right now, he was currently watching a Pokemon battle between a Nidorino and Gengar on TV.

"And Nidorino begins the battle with a Horn Attack!"

"Oh, and Gengar bounces right back, and there it is, the Hypnosis power of a Genger!"

"This could be the end of Nidorino!"

Nidorino was returned back to its trainer.

"But wait, the trainer recalls Nidorino! What Pokemon will he use now?!"

Nidorino trainer tossed his Pokeball onto the field, and out came the Rock Snake Pokemon.

"Oh... It's Onix!"

Onix roared out and headed towards Gengar.

"Now, this giant Pokemon on the attack!"

Onix attacked Genger, who jumped back, dodging the attack.

"Ho-Ho, but Gengar jumps to the side to dodge the attack! Gengar is moving beautifully today, and its trainer is tough, no doubt about it."

"That was amazing!"

The door then slammed open as a female voice was heard.

"Marshall Sliver Gold!" The voice shouted."Why are you still up?"

"Mom?!" Marshall said in shock, nearly jumping out of his skin.

"Yeah, son, tomorrow you have a big day," A male voice said.

Marshall then saw his father walk up next to his mother.

"Yeah, I know I was just excited about tomorrow that I lost track of time," Marshall replied sheepishly.

"I understand, but it is already fifteen minutes until midnight," Gloria said with a sigh."Did you at least pack everything you need for tomorrow?" She asked.

"Yes, I did all of that right after dinner," He replied.

"That good son, now time off to bed if you want to get your starter Pokemon tomorrow," Ethan said.

Marshall let out a loud yawn before he replied.

"Yeah, good night," He said.

"Goodnight. See you in the morning at breakfast," Gloria replied.

"Yes, good night, and before you leave, we have a present for you," Ethan said.

"Oh, a present sounds excellent can't wait to see what it is," Marshall said as he started to dift off to sleep as his parents, Gloria and Ethan, then walked out of his bedroom.
