It's been a full three weeks since my training with Lilith first started and I'd say I've practically mastered all the ways to use fire,electricity,ice and light magic and I would be pretty proud of that but the key word I would, what really matters is what the emperor thinks about me and my magic

"Hey Y/n are you ready?"-Lilith

"I'm not really sure but there's not point in pushing the meeting back...let's just get it over with."-Y/n

I stood up and climbed onto my staff and took off behind Lilith

"I'm glad your flying on your own now kiddo."-Lilith

"Me too honestly it's still somewhat scary but I'm getting used to it and I can't go that high."-Y/n

"I know but this is still a big step."-Lilith

"I guess so."-Y/n

Lilith and I closed in on the entrance to the castle and slowly flew down to the bridge

"Are you sure? There's no going back this might earn you a few scars."- Lilith

"If it does then it's my own fault. Now C'mon let's go test my luck."-Y/n

Me and Lilith walked through the castle corridors while I began remembering the way around the castle going as far as mumbling to myself

"Y/n we're here C'mon."-Lilith

Lilith opened the door to the throne room and we gave each other one last glance before we kneeled before Belos

"Hello Lilith,Y/n I assume you've completed the task given to you?"-Belos

"I've done something perhaps better than the original. May I explain emperor belos?"-Y/n

"No you may not...head of the emperor's coven leave us please."-Belos

Lilith looked worried which informed me that I failed my luck test and was going to earn some scars

"Shit...!"

Lilith reluctantly stood up and left the room as belos himself got up

"Rise Y/n. Now explain yourself very carefully."-Belos

I stood up anf almost fell while my heart began picking up it's pace at incredible speeds

"My training with the magic tracks was seeming impossible to complete but I didn't want to disappoint you so I instead decided to master magic elements and I was successful I mastered fire,ice and electricity! I swear I only diverted from your task so I could avoid disappointing you!"-Y/n

Belos stared at me for a few seconds before summoning his staff and launching me across the room with a single hit

"Did I ask you to master the elements Y/n? No I did not. You disapoint me deeply and you know whats funny your still my favorite person here which is why I'll only give you small scars."-Belos

I tried to stand up but I received a good few hits from Belos my arms each digging deep into my skin leaving blood all over the floor

"Belos...I thought we..."

I tried to reach out as Belos walked away from but I was quickly approaching unconsciousness

I let out one last gasp for air before my eye closed

Six hours later

I burst awake leaning upright perfectly feeling my arms immediately sering that they were healed but permanently scarred

"How are you?"-Lilith

I looked up to see Lilith next to me

"I tried to heal the scars but there too damaged for my magic I guess."-Lilith
