Families are like branches on a tree. We grow in different directions yet our roots remain the same.
Much like I predicted everyone grew up and had a happy life and family. We may have grown apart but at the end of the day we all still love each other.
Me and Jake are still going strong. He saw that I was perfect and he loved me. And then he saw that I wasn't perfect and he loved me even more and I loved him. All that he is, is all that I'll ever need. He's the only real reason I know what love is and I'm eternally grateful.
For as long as I can remember I always thought our love was fictional and apart of our imagination. But the day we said I do, I knew that we were meant to stay with each other.
We plan on being with each other until forever ends.
And in the end it was always Me and Jake.
