june and clarke sat at a table ,, infront of a tablet. june closed her eyes and took a deep breath ,, clarke looked at her and grabbed her hand. june opened her eyes and looked at clarke ,, she smiled. the two girls looked back at the screen.
"tell me about the grounders. can they provide any insight on how to survive winter ?" jaha asked
"we're doing everything we can to prepare here. we're gathering nuts and berries, curing meat, digging for roots. but the truth is, we'll freeze before we starve." clarke explained
"there's good news on that front. according to civil defense plans before the war, there's an old emergency aid depot not far from the landing site. here are the coordinates." kane showed the coordinates.
"in addition to the supplies, it could provide shelter for the hundred and for the citizens coming down from the ark." jaha told
"and what makes you think it's intact ?" clarke asked
"it was designed to withstand nuclear warfare." kane spoke
"alright. it's worth a shot." clarke looked at june who nodded. diana and jaha were talking to which june just ignored.
"id like a moment with clarke and juniper alone, please. and i know there's a line of parents waiting to talk to their kids." jaha spoke ,, june sighed. "clarke, juniper, we all are very proud of what you've done down there. your mothers-" jaha starred
"i don't want to talk about my mother and neither does june." clarke spoke
"please, clarke and juniper. it's time to forgive. let me schedule a time for you and your mothers to sit down-" jaha pleaded
"look. i know you both think that betraying my dad, killing him, was an unavoidable tragedy. but i don't see it that way, and i never will. so just tell me whose next and let someone who actually wants to talk to their parents have a turn." clarke spoke , jaha nodded.
"it's junipers turn." jaha told , june furrowed her eyebrows.
"okay." clarke spoke , she took of the headset , stood up and left.
"have fun, juniper." jaha stood up and left
"yeah, yeah." juniper mumbled. it took a little bit until her mother sat down.
"hi, sweetie." talia smiled
"hi. what did you want ?" june asked
"i just wanted to see my beautiful daughter." talia told , june scoffed
