Chapter 3

a few months have passed sense the fight and everything seemed to be doing ok until Blake started acting different.

"Hey babe!" Lilith smiled as she ran up to Blake and hugged him. Blake nudged Lilith off him. "Hey." Blake said as he didn't look at Lilith. "Are you ok?" Lilith said confused as to why he pushed her away. "I'm fine." Blake said as he sighed annoyed. "Are you sure. Because if your not fine you know you ha-" Lilith was cut off by Blake grabbing her wrist. "I said i'm fine! god just shut the fuck up!" Blake yelled as gripped Lilith's wrist tighter. "Ouch! stop! your hurting me!" Lilith cried. Blake sighed annoyed again and let go of Lilith's wrist. "Just leave me alone for right now." Blake mumbled as he put his hands in his pockets and walked off.

Lilith felt tears coming to her eyes and quickly ran to the girl restroom. Lilith sniffled and cried as she wiped her tears and looked at her wrist which was slightly reddish purple. "Fuck!" Lilith cried as she hit the stall wall with her hand. Lilith kept crying until she heard someone knock at the door. "Are you alright in there?" A soft worried voice said. Lilith sniffled. "I-i'm fine!" Lilith said trying to make it sound like she wasn't crying. "No your not." The voice said again. "Ugh. Just go away why do you care anyways!" Lilith yelled at the girl. "Fine." The girl said. A few minutes passed and Lilith finally left the stall.

"Hey." The girl said as she stood up from leaning on the wall. Lilith sighed and wiped her tears quickly. "See. i knew you weren't ok." The girl said again. "Just go away."Lilith said as she sighed again. "What happened to your wrist?"The girl asked as she gently grabbed Lilith's wrist. Lilith pulled her wrist away from the girl. "Nothing!" Lilith yelled. "Ok." The girl said. Lilith looked at the girl and recognized who it was. "Blair?" Lilith said as she sniffled again. "Yea?" Blair smiled. "Nothing." Lilith said as she nudged past Blair and walked out the restroom.

A few hours had gone by and it was finally the end of the day. "Class dismissed!"A teacher said as the students all stood up grabbing there stuff and rushing out the room. Everyone but Lilith had left the classroom. "Lilith?" The teacher said walking over to Lilith. "Huh?" Lilith shook her head and looked up at the teacher than quickly got up and grabbed her stuff walking out the classroom.

Lilith walked out the building and sighed as she saw her bus leaving. Which meant she had to walk home. Lilith started to walk home but stopped when she saw Blair laughing with Blake. Lilith tilted her head and clenched her jaw slightly as she stomped towards her. "What are you doing?" Lilith said as she grabbed Blair's wrist. "Huh?" Blake turned around and yanked Blairs wrist away from Lilith. "i-" Lilith got cut off before she could speak. "she's just a friend Lilith chill." Blake said as he slightly raised his voice and looked at Lilith sternly.

"Really?!" Lilith raised her voice back. "Just a friend! Bull crap!" Lilith yelled. "Babe." Blake grabbed Lilith's shoulders. "You know i only love you." Blake said with a manipulative smile. Lilith sighed and smiled. "ok.." Lilith said as she calmed down. "Here i'll walk home with you." Blake said in a comforting tone. Blair stood there and was annoyed but didn't say anything. Lilith and Blake than walked home together.

"Ok well i have to go back to my place now. I love you." Blake said as they stopped at Lilith's porch. "Oh ok! text me when you get home!" Lilith said as she smiled and hugged Blake. "Yea." Blake said as he turned around and started to walk home. Lilith smiled before she turned around and entered her house. "Mom!" Lilith hollered as she walked through the door. "Mom?" Lilith looked in the kitchen and living room to not find her mother. "Where is she?" Lilith mumbled as she went up the stairs to her mothers room.

Lilith opened her mothers door and saw a letter laying on the bed. "What's that.?" Lilith said as she walked towards the bed and grabbed the letter. "To, Lilith." Lilith read out. "Oh?" Lilith opened the letter and it read.

i'll be home later tonight dear, I went out
with a friend so don't worry i'm safe and ok
also there's leftovers in the fridge if you get
hungry, I love you!! see you in the morning!

Lilith smiled and put the letter back down on the bed and left the room. "Welp. i got the house to myself for tonight." Lilith sighed as she walked into her room. "What now." Lilith looked around and went to her bed and sat down. Lilith then pulled her phone out and started to text Blake.

Lilith: Did you get home safe?
Blake: Yea.
Lilith: Wyd?
Blake: Not much you?
Lilith: Same, i got the house to myself tonight.
Blake: Oh nice, i would come over but my family.
Lilith: Oh yea, It's fine! family first!(:
Blake: Yep.
Lilith: Ok well i love you!
Blake: Night.

Lilith tilted her head slightly wondering why Blake didn't say i love you back. "It's probably nothing." Lilith mumbled and sighed as she layed down. "Right." Lilith questioned herself on Blake all night. She didn't know if she could trust him. But he acted like he cared. so he must care. Shouldn't he?
