Circles: The Script

Pilot.

*Cuts to Madison looking at the Elio-Cook website on her phone.*

Crowd: 4! 3! 2! 1!

*Camera cuts to a wide shot of the party, black and gold confetti shoots out and fireworks can be heard from outside, the crowd start cheering and applauding*

*Camera cuts back to Madisons phone, it shows the entire stock selling out in seconds*

*Camera cuts to Madisons face, she smiles a little and turns to look at David who gives her a nod and a smile*

Jenny: How do you feel darling?

Madison: I kind of.. actually finally feel proud of myself..

*Freddie sits down next to his dad*

David: where the bloody hell have you been?

Freddie: * Shrugs * toilet

David: Toilet? what do you mean toilet? you missed the launch!

Freddie: Oh fiddle sticks, that sure is a shame * said sarcastically *

David: At least watch the models you junkie

Freddie: * Smug facial expression. He slumps down in his chair * "Junkie." *He repeats quietly.

Presenter: And now ladies and gentlemen, please can we have another round of applause for our beautiful models!

* The crowd cheer as the models walk out. Lo-Fi plays through the speakers as they walk out. This music choice is unusual for Elio-Cook, but so is this new wave of fashion Madison has brought to the company. This is a new era for fashion, Madison's launch is a huge success. So far.*

Madison: * Smiles and looks at the models. *

*The crowd goes silent and gasp. The camera cuts to the models, all wearing multiple children's watches.*

Jenny: Oh honey is... are they part of the set? They're um.. refreshing darling.

Madison: *Turns bright red and starts shaking*

*The crowd slowly start laughing and Madison gets up quickly and runs away crying.*

David: What the FUCK?

Freddie: * giggles a bit *

David: You little cunt.. is this your doing?!

Freddie: * stops laughing and looks at David * Oh fuck off it was funny-

David: No YOU fuck off, "Freddie". Never fucking come into my life again. You're just a bad luck charm. You ruined tonight, you killed my wife-

* Flashbacks of Freddie's. Remembers his younger self in a car with his Mum. He is happy.The sun is shining She is looking at him. Smiling. He made her laugh. She carries on driving. *

Freddie: Fucking take that back.

David: You've ruined my fucking life, Frederick! Don't ever come near me again.

* Dramatic pause as the flashback gets darker. Freddie's Mum gasps and there are crashing sounds as the screen goes suddenly black *

Freddie: * Sharply gets up and walks away, his chair falls over. He looks scared and angry. *

* David turns around and notices the camera and crowd were watching the whole time *

David: heh.. uhm... publicity stunt?

Freddie: * Walks into the unisex bathroom, slings his bag into one of the open stalls, closes the stall door and sits down. He grabs his lighter *

* Madison bursts into the bathroom ugly crying and muttering to herself by the sink. She drinks from her flask, spilling most of it down herself, she is unrecognisable. Freddie is shocked by the sudden entrance and almost falls off of the toilet seat, he starts coughing and spluttering because of the smoke he accidentally ate *

Madison: * Quietly *

"oh no shit.. shit shit shit shit"

* tries putting the flask away quickly, wipes tears and makeup smudges *

Freddie:

* Comes out of the stall *

"What's uppppp.. wow you're like. hot."

Madison:

"is it possible that you're more wasted than i am..? because.. i- do not look good right now" * sniffs *

Freddie:

"Uh most likely uh.. *stumbles* yeah."

Madison:

"Who the fuck even are you.. I know everyone here except you. Did you sneak in..? Do I have to call security??"

Freddie: * Practically runs up to her and puts his hand over her mouth, Maddie notices that he smells like weed but doesn't say anything *

"No..no.. security.. My dad.. My dad brought me here.. to like improve his reputation..some shit like that.. Anyway how do I know you're meant to be here, who're you..? "

Madison:

"You don't know-? * Smiles * You know what.. never mind."

Freddie: Seee.. your're like.. a crmiminal aren't you..

* Almost falls onto Madison but she holds him up laughing *

(Dominic Fike - Come Here playing)

* Freddie kisses her and they drunk kiss and make out against the sink *

*Eventually they sneak away from the event and go to catch a taxi back home to Madisons*

Driver: " Where you two lovebirds off to then? "

Madison: " Hheh we're not love birds.. i don't even *kiss* know his *kiss* name.. " *hands driver money* " we're going to my house "

Freddie: " Freddie. My name is Freddie. "

Madison: * giggling drunkly * " I'm Madison. " * Loosening Freddies tie *

Freddie: "Heh Hi Madison... wait.. i don't have to pay you for this do I..? "

Madison: * Laughs and kisses him * " No.. "

Driver: * Mildly Disturbed * " Ma'am.. you still haven't told me where you live.. "

Madison: *Tells him the address and they drive away*

* Arrived. Madison notices Jacks car is gone and stares at the empty space for a second.*

Freddie: Whats up?

Madison: *snaps out of it and looks Freddie up and down.* "Nothing.." *she smirks*

*They both get to the door and Madison fumbles with her keys *

Freddie : " That's a big door.. " * Between kisses staring at the house and how huge it is * " and a big house.."

Madison: *Laughs* " Shut the fuck up " *Impatiently grabs his hand and leads him to her room*

Freddie: *Still looking around like a kid in a candy store*

* Swipes something valuable looking off of a shelf and pockets it *

*They eventually get to Madisons room and the door slams behind them.*

*As the door slams the end cards appear*
