"what.was.that." Maggie said after Mercury walked away
"n-nothing" I said not looking at Maggie
"Jack. look at me" Maggie said
I turned my head and smiled nervously
"oh lord I gotta go" Maggie said and she rushed upstairs I'm guessing to Mercury's room
"MAGGIE!" I yelled and ran after her
Right when she was about to walk into Mercurys room I grabbed her and took her downstairs
"Carter watch your girlfriend" I said and ran upstairs to Mercury
"umm shortie?" I asked as I stood in her doorway
Her head snapped up.
"oh hey Jack" she said
"look can we talk about that hug?" I asked
"I umm I gotta go" she said. she grabbed her phone slipped on her vans and ran down the stairs and out the front door
I need to talk to her about that hug. I knew I felt something I dont know about her but I know I felt something.
