Aerilyn placed her clothes into her suitcase, she carefully picked out a pair of shoes she would also bring with her. She took out her phone and checked the time, 9:30 am, perfect. She walked out of her room and closed the door behind her. She walked over to Flora's and Bloom's room to bid them farewell, she peeked into the room where Bloom was still in her pjs. She walked in and leaned on the wall. "So Bloom since you're obviously not ready, you're not going home today?" Bloom sighed and walked out of the room and into the common area. "Well considering I just woke up a few minutes and have no idea what is happening, perhaps?" Bloom's eyes drifted to her suitcase. Aerilyn rubbed her eyes and shrugged. "Well today is the day of the rose, no school, ill take that opportunity for a break." Bloom looked at her confused.

"And what is this, day of the rose, still new to the whole Magical Universe calendars and whatnot." Tecna walked out of her room with a suitcase in her hand.

"The day of the rose is the celebration where you celebrate your own mother, do you not have that on earth?" Bloom nodded tickling Kiko in her arms.

"We do but we call it mothers day, and we don't get a day of school for it, guess this universe respects mothers more than earth."

"So you're not going back to visit your mother?" Aerilyn asked. Bloom shook her head with a sad expression plastered on her face. "No I don't think so, I'll just get homesick and won't want to leave." Aerilyn patted her on the shoulders.

"That's understandable, I'm pretty sure that Musa and Stella are staying so you can hang out with them." Bloom nodded. Aerilyn snapped her fingers and the suitcase began floating beside her. "Well, I better be going, see ya!" She walked out of the common room and into the hallway. Upon leaving the school a portal appeared before her, she had previously contacted her butler to prepare a portal for her to go through.

She blinked a few times before completely opening her eyes, the first thing that hit her was the fresh air, Skyaldia had the freshest air in the magic dimension. She was in a field covered with her favorite flower, air lilies. She picked one up and inhaled the sweet aroma of it and placed in it her pocket. After a few minutes of walking a coach arrived ready to take her back to the palace, she instructed the coach to take her suitcase back home and drop her off at the capital city Chahbridge.

Upon getting off she was struck with multiple smells, she dimmed her senses and walked around the city. Mansions and huge stalls were littered around the place, not one homeless person was on the streets begging for food, her father would rather give up his title than see anyone without a home. People with jewels, gold, and diamonds walked around the city with no one blinking an eye to them, to them they were average citizens in Skyaldia. Aerilyn looked at shop windows for anything for her to buy for her mother. Her mother often liked spicy food, so much so that a single bottle of spicy sauce would not even faze her. She walked into the shop and looked around for some spicy sauce, the shop owner approached her and bowed her head. "Your majesty, a pleasure to have you here, what have you come on this fine day?" Aerilyn trailed her eyes around the shop.

"I want to buy a present for my mother, perhaps you know where the spiciest sauce is located?" The shop owner thought for a moment before going towards her cash register, she pulled up and hologram and typed something in. "Ah yes, the spiciest sauce in Skyaldia is at Andostead in a shop called Blouver just a few minutes from here, I could prepare a coach for you princess." Aerilyn shook her head.

"That won't be necessary, I'll get there just fine on my own, thank you for your assistance." Aerilyn left the shop and began to walk over to Andostead, it was not as big of a city as Chahbridge but nevertheless would be a rich city on another planet. As she was walking through a field the wind began to pick up, she thought that maybe a few kids were playing air ball but no one was there. She thought that maybe there was an air glider nearby, an air propulsion system that allows a user to travel around the planet but there was none, and she was sure she was not doing anything. The wind picked up and Aerilyn was now being pushed away from Andostead. She extended both of her arms and created an air barrier shielding her from the harsh winds. She looked around for any signs of where this was coming from. Then she heard a small whisper. "Blow it away." Then the storm stopped immediately. She lowered the air barrier. It was just her and the field.

She opened the shop door and was greeted by an old man. "I am here for the spiciest sauce in Skyaldia for my mother." The man smiled at her letting her have a glimpse of one of his gold teeth. He went into the back room for a moment before returning with a bottle labeled, Osivine spiciest sauce. Aerilyn looked at the bottle for a moment. It had a black casing while the bottle itself was green. She took the bottle and continued to look at it. "...Interesting choice of colours." The man nodded. Aerilyn opened the bottle and looked into it, immediately a gust of spicy air hit her eyes and she flinched back and began coughing violently. The man began laughing and took the bottle from her. "This ain't no ordinary hot sauce yer majesty, I'd be careful to give this to your mother, well it shouldn't do much damage since she won the spice competition 5 years in a row now." Aerilyn rubbed her eyes and sniffled.

"Yeah, no kidding." She blasted a gush of cold air into her face and sighed. "Anyways how much for the bottle."

"Free for the royal family." Aerilyn scoffed and shoveled through her bag to get her purse, she handed $5,000 to the man. He shook his head and placed the bottle in her bag. "Your father did so much for us, gave us the best quality of life, I knew him personally." Aerilyn twirled her finger around making the cash drift into his cash register, only after when she was at the door did he notice. "Thank you, sir, hope you have a nice day."

Aerilyn carefully drifted into the room trying not to make a sound, her mother was sewing something that she couldn't really see, she had a huge afro just like hers, and she was wearing a golden tiara with a white air symbol in the middle of it, a white dress with paler mint accents, golden bracelets, and a gold necklace. As she was about to pounce at her, her mother began to speak. "I know you're there Aerilyn, I can hear you shuffling about." Aerilyn sighed and landed on the floor. Her mother had the best senses in the whole of Skyaldia, sneaking up on her was never possible. Aerilyn sat down next to her and sighed. "Isn't there a time when you didn't see me coming?" Her mother chuckled.

"Yeah, when I found out I was having you." Aerilyn gaped at her mother, her mother laughing and ruffled her hair. "Just kidding." Aerilyn swung her legs and swayed.

"Anyways mama, I got a present for you!" Aerilyn handed her a perfectly decorated box.

"Did you ask someone to wrap the present for you?" Aerilyn shook her head.

"Mother I am so disappointed you would think of me like that, of course, I did it."

"Seems too neat to be done by you." She began ripping open the wrapping paper and opened the box, where the bottle lay. Her mother picked it up and inspected it, and a large smile appeared on her face. She gave Aerilyn a warm hug. "Botondi, mwana mwasi."

"Likambo te, mama." Her mother looked at the bottle and smiled.

"I was getting bored of the usual bland sauces."

"Mom you made a butler try the sauce and he had to get a day off from burning his tongue, bland wouldn't be the right word." Her mom chuckled.

"Well, then I suppose I should try this sauce shouldn't I?"

"I'm betting $10,000 that you burn your tongue."

"Mwana, you know that you always lose bets, why do you think we raised your allowance?"

"Ouch."
