El would be concerned for you when she found out you were feeling under the weather.
She’d definitely be affectionate when trying to make you feel better, cuddling you or, alternatively, holding your hand (if you felt too warm to be cuddled).
She’d bring some snacks over with her, hoping you had the appetite for them.
She’d also have long conversations with you in order to take your mind off how you were feeling. Depending on what you were in the mood for, the conversations would range from silly gossip to nonsensical, hypothetical scenarios to...well, basically anything.
