On August 30th of 2020, around 8:28PM—famous couple celebrities G-Dragon and Athena had been involved in a car accident in the famous district streets of Hongdae, Seoul. According to the witnesses, G-Dragon is the man behind the wheels while Athena herself is in the passenger seat—no further details had been opened to the public yet, the medics and the police had been all over the area to further assess the incident. G-Dragon and Athena were rushed to Lim Medical Center after the accident.

To further shed light to the situation, a few witnesses had said that G-Dragon was currently holding a private birthday party during the car accident, the couple later on being seen on the CCTV of Hongdae's security system. The real truth is yet to be discovered, however, based on the video that had been leaked to the internet, the couple seemed to be having a fight inside the vehicle as it swerves and curves as it was being drove—it seems like the two are in the heat of an argument that resulted to a car accident, hitting the thick light pole at the corner of the street.

Many had been hot eyes on the couple that had taken the internet by storm these past few months of the year, and while everyone had assumed that the two would be the fittest together, making a great couple from each other—a lot of people are still in doubt if this would be the case. Many celebrity relationships don't often tend to last, and knowing G-Dragon and his reputation of being in relationships with women that didn't end on a good note, could Athena also be a part of his failed romantic gestures?
