Twenty-Eight ~ Feelings??

You woke up early and got a shower and got ready for the day. After getting ready she walked out only to see Bodhi and Quint all cuddled up on the couch.

Quint: Where you going Shay

You: Practice

Bodhi: With Who

You: Marlon

Quint: And who else

You: His mom

There was a honk outside.

You: That's them

You ran outside and grabbed your board, you strapped it on top of the van before grabbing your wet suit from the drying rack outside and getting in the car. You and Marlon talked in the back seat till the car came to a stop. You guys saw Ari and Sky walking out with boards in opposite hands and the other in each others. They strapped their boards down then got in.You all left for the beach.

*Skip drive*

You and Marlon are the first out of the car, first to get your boards, and first out into the water. After each of you two hitting a few waves you guys let Summer and Ari hit a few while you guys talked.

You:Marlon you know how you told me at Bodhi's party that you liked me... well I like you too

Marlon: Oh uhmm well then do you want to go on a date with me tonight

You: Of course

*Later*

The water had settled down and you all were hanging on to each other's boards so you wouldn't float away from each other.

Summer: Well let's play a game of what are the odds

You:I'm in what about you Marlon

Marlon: Sure your up for it Ari

Ari: Let's do this

Summer: I'll start

You: OK

Summer: Shay what are the odds you tell us how you really feel about me and Ari dating

Marlon: 1...

Ari:2...

You: I'm and not completely ok with it considering the fact that your guys' relationship started out with me being cheated on but it's fine me and Marlon are talking so

Ari: Between me and you Shay what are the odds that you tell me how you felt when I cheated

You: 3...

Ari: 2....

You: 1...

You both said 10

You: Honestly I thought that I had to get over it and move on cause I can't go back to waking up every morning wishing I was someone else

Summer: I'm sorry Shay

You: It's fine

Marlon: Summer what are the odds that you tell Shay why you actually kissed Ari

Summer: Marlon you swore you wouldn't do this

You: Oh now I'm interested why did you actually kiss him Summer

Ari: Guys drop it

Marlon: No she deserves to know

Ari: Marlon no it'll only hurt her

Summer: You know what both of you shut up

Marlon: K whatever I just think it's your lost mate

You: You knew about this Marlon

Summer: He only found out last night over text

You: Ok well come on then why did you kiss him

Summer: Listen it wasn't right for me to kiss him but Shay I was jealous of you I still am, you're really pretty, you are so confident in yourself and your surfing comps, and you had this amazing looking boyfriend you seemed like you came straight from a summer teen romance movie and I've had the biggest crush on Ari since the day I arrived and bumoed into him in the parking lot and so I thought that kissing him would show him my feelings I'm sorry if I hurt you SHay but I just wanted to tell Ari how I felt and be like you

Ari: Dang

Summer: I'm so so sorry Shay please forgive me

Without a word to anyone of them Shay turned her board around and paddled back into shore. She went and grabbed her phone she called Quint and asked if him and only him could come to the beach where she was. he obviously said yes he could sense that there was something wrong.As soon as he arrived he hugged her.

Shay: They knew why she kissed him, he let it happen Quint he let her kiss him *almost crying*

Quint: If it makes you feel better Bodhi broke it off with me after only a few days of dating said she had to talk to Marlon

Shay: She's a bitch they all are I just want to go back to New Jersey

Quint: How about you grab your board and everything put it all in my truck and we'll stop and get your favorite ice cream, go back to my place,watch our favorite movies together, and fall asleep on my couch

Shay: Yeah

And that's what they did they got her ice cream, went to Quint's watched movies and slept on his couch curled up.

*Next Morning*

Shay woke up to someone rubbing her back. She looked up only to see and smiling 17 year old Quint>

Shay: Morning*sitting up*

Quint: Morning princess

Shay went to his room and grabbed some of her clothes that she put there incase she were to ever stay with him. \/

After she was ready Quint got ready then they left for Poppy's. They were going to talk about the driving arrangements. After the meeting everyone decided Shay and Quint would drive his truck, Marlon's mom would drive Ari and Marlon, and lastly Manu would drive the other 3 girls.Shay hasn't talked to any of the three from yesterday.She didn't want to honestly she was just glad that she was the only one riding with Quint
