My name is Kensi and I'm 25. I work for NCIS( navy criminal investigation service) in Los Angeles, California.
I recently lost my partner on the line of duty. His name was Dom...
Hetty, my boss said she has found a new partner and I'm driving to headquarters now to meet him.
H" this is your new partner LAPD Liaison Marty Deeks. Mr Deeks, this is your new partner Special Agent Kensi Blye. You may now go home because tomorrow we've gotta work"
D "That's it??"
H " well I guess I'll leave the rest for you both"
K " right... Ok then see you soon...partner!" I say with a shy smile
D "wait Kensi ! I really think we should know each other a little bit better before starting to worry together, don't you think??i don't know... Maybe a dinner or something??"
K " are you asking me out???
Ok first thing you need to know about me: I don't date coworkers!" I say now mad at him
D" ok then what about a beer and a movie at my place???"
K" sounds great! You know you're a little bit annoying, don't you??"
D " that's what every girl loves on me!!"
K " ok I guess I'm not every girl!" I say trying to tease him
D "oh darling, you're gonna come to love it!"
Damn! He is so annoying but at the same time I guess I just like this teasing environment.
But, even though I like him a little, i don't trust him yet.
Let's just say "I'm still learning to trust him!"
