Stranger Things x reader

~rollerblades and roadtrips~

This is gonna be a quick chap, pulling some of my improvised plot in and also some angst, remember I'm trying to pull Billy's character back into the real thing

"What did- what did you just say?"

Max watches from the living rooms window, the police everywhere outside as some question neighbors, eddies trailer covered in caution tape as pictures are taken

Her eyes drift towards the woods as she gulps, she still hears the faint echo of the clock in her mind, haunting her as if it's calling to someone

"Max! Get the fuck away from the window!" Billy yells from his room as she turns quickly, seeing the faint shadow of him in his 'room'

Clothes scattered across the small hallway as billy destroys the room, max getting up from her spot confused as she slowly walks down the hallway

She sees billy, all dressed up in his best clothes, his room looking like a tornado went through it as his stereo is broken open, her eyes widen at this

"What the fuck are you doing?! You haven't been here for days and you trashed everything!" She yells at him as he looks up from his counting, the money he has in his hands being tucked away

"You know why, that girls death last night, Chrissy? I don't know but it's probably that fucking monster shit you and your friends get into"

"What... billy-"

"Max, I don't give a fuck what you say you know I'm right, ever since the mall I've been looking over our shoulders, now it's happening again"

Max looks at him unsure of what to say as she looks at him, noticing some bags packed and ready

"Are you leaving?"

Billy stops what he's doing as he sighs, rubbing his face as he groans, max stare eating him up as she sees the money in his hands, some crumpled up papers next to them as she looks up

"Your not? Billy-" she doesn't finish before barging the room, billy cursing at her as she grabs the papers from his bed, opening them quickly as billy goes to grab her

Her heart dropping as she sees the letters, all the letters you've sent max in secret as you tried to cheer her up, so much personal information on it as your handwriting stares back at her

"Max!" Billy yells grabbing her hand but she pushes him away, hitting him with the paper as she looks furious

"How fucking dare you! She's not here billy! Stop trying to fucking stalk my friend!" Her words don't affect him as he grabs the paper from her hand, pushing her away slightly as max keeps her glare at him

"I know she's not here... she's in California right?"

Max eyes widen at his sentence as she looks at him, billy chucking sorely as he fixes the paper, showing her the address as max pulls the pieces together

"Your gonna go see her? Aren't you..."

"No I'm not, I'm coming back here with her, Hawkins needs your little friend here for that demogor shit" he says avoiding eye contact as Max's eyes start to swell a bit, she promised you billy wouldn't find you, she promised you he will never bother you again...

"B-but we don't right? You just want her back here? To fucking be a creep huh? Isn't that right!" She yells with venom as billy grabs his bags, walking away from max as she follows shortly behind

"You can't do this! Billy I know how you 'feel' but fuck! Leave her out for his for once" she says trying to block his way but he just rolls his eyes, getting pissed as max blocks his way out to the car

"It's to long! You'll never get there in time anyways! You'll run out to gas or get stranded in Arizona or something!! Billy listen to me!"

"It'll take me a day n and half" he says pushing past her as he walks down the steps to his car, loading up his stuff as max follows

"Your crazy! Billy she doesn't want to see you! Not after... just think about this billy, I know your still working out everything after your dad-"

"Max listen to me" he says getting into her face as max shuts up, looking at him in a glare as billy puts his hands together

"It's a win win situation here, you get your friend and so do I, there's nothing that happened okay, so don't go fucking this up.."

Max looks up at him as billy backs away, pulling at his hair as he groans, breathing heavily as he tries to calm himself

"You don't understand max...."

"I need her"

California

Your eyes widen as Mike let's you go, his face looking at you unnerving as you gather your breath

"I-I, I didn't mean- I'm sorry.." you say trying to get her your words as you and Mike stay still

He looks at you with wide eyes as you dry your tears, not looking at him as Mike doesn't say anything back

"Mike I'm so sorry I didn't mean I-"

He pulls you in to a kiss, cornering you into the wall of the rink as he pulls you in

Your eyes widening as he hold you close, deepening the kiss as you stay still not knowing what to do..

"Hey Mike! You forgot me and will"
