And I just these feelings run deep in me because I don't crave her only physically. I crave her emotionally and mentally too.

The strange desire to talk to her, listen to her, confide in her is so strong that it scares me.

I was looking at her continuously.

Dadi pushed my head from her lap and got up.

I looked at her confused. She went to her almirah and pulled out the red sweater she had been knitting. It was complete now.

My eyes widened when she passed the sweater to Sakshi.

"Ye tere liye."

She said. Sakshi looked at dadi with a huge smile and hugged her.

I looked at dadi with a sheepish smile and scratched my neck. She gave me a knowing smile.

After dinner Sakshi took her leave and started taking her bags.

"Samar chhod kr aa Sakshi ko."

Dadi said and I looked at her.

"Nhi dadi iski koi zarurat nhi hai."

"Zarurat hai. Kitna andhera hai bahar. Mujhe kuch nhi hoga. Bachi ko sahi se ghar chhod kr aa."

I smiled widely thanking her mentally.

I love you dadi!

I took my car keys and we went out together.

We sat in the car and she said.

"Thank you so much. Iski zarurat nhi thi. Mai khud chali jaati."

She said and I said.

"Dadi's orders. Mana nhi kr skte."

I said trying to keep my emotions at bay.

She hummed and said.

"Phir bhi. Thank you Mr. Juneja."

"Samar!"

"Huh!?"

"Call me Samar. Mr. Juneja mere dadaji the."

"Ok. Mr. Samar."

I frowned.

"Only Samar."

"Ok. Only Samar."

I groaned. I could hear the mirth in her voice. Atleast she was having fun at my expense. She giggled and said.

"Ek condition pr. You have to call me Sakshi."

She said and mentally danced.

That's what I wanted.

"Ok."

I agreed and that's how our friendship started.

But somewhere in my heart I knew that she knew the change in our feelings.

Almost a month passed since our friendship started.

I met her parents a week back. No! Nothing happened. I was going to drop her like I do whenever it is getting late which is usually daily.

Her mother was standing outside and she invited me in when she saw me.

I spent two hours talking to her parents.

Her mother is cheerful just like Sakshi is. Her father on the other hand is like any other girl's father. Possessive and scary.

I felt that he almost knew about my feelings for her daughter judging by the way he was looking at me. Scrutinizing me.

But thankfully he didn't say anything.

I reached home and saw Sakshi and dadi playing ludo.

"Dadi cheating mat kro. Aapki goti waha thi."

"Mai koi cheating nhi kr rhi. Har rhi hai toh baatein bna rhi hai."

Dadi moved her token and Sakshi cribbed.

I smiled and went near them.

I kissed dadi's head and looked at Sakshi. She smiled at me.

Soon after dinner, I went to drop her home.

I was driving and trying to gain courage to ask her without looking like a desperate pervert man.

I cleared my throat and called her name. She hummed and looked at me.

"Are you free this Saturday?"

I asked and she raised her eyebrow.

"You are my boss Mr. Juneja. Tell me. Am I?"

She asked teasingly. I smiled and said.

"Yes you are. So will you accompany me as my date to the annual business meet this Saturday?"
