"Hey Maria"
A sixth year Hufflepuff waved at Maria.
"Hello Quincy."
She smiled and waved at the Hufflepuff girl.
"Marie come sit here."
A 4th year Gryffindor called out.
She smiled and walked towards the seat.
"Pass me those cookies J"
She asked Jack, one of her best friends.
"Here you go."
He smiled giving her a plate of cookies.
"Hey Maria. "
Jelena Serens, a fifth year Ravenclaw sat on the bench, facing Maria.
"Jelena if you are here for your brother, please tell him that I'm not interested."
Maria's smile faded.
"Why not? Jeremy's cute, talented, Seeker on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, Tall, and he's in 7th year! He's gonna score top marks and become an Auror. "
She bluffed.
"No Jellybeans. Don't forget the fact that he's a moron, a jerk and FUCKING UGLY."
Leslie, another friend of Maria yelled.
Her loud cursing caught the attention of most students present in the great hall.
Fortunately there were no professors around.
"Shut up Rosier."
Jelena gritted her teeth.
"No I fucking will not Serens. Eat shit."
Leslie Sassed.
Jelena stormed off.
"She got what she deserved."
Jack said shrugging.
"You're welcome."
Leslie bowed dramatically and sat down on the Gryffindor table.
"GO AWAY JAMES."
A yell came from the other end of the Gryffindor table.
"What is this. Annoying suitors day?"
Leslie exclaimed.
"Must be the Marauders annoying Evans."
Jack said half to himself half to the girls.
"Who?"
Maria questioned.
"The Marauders? You don't know who they are?"
Jack asked.
"I've heard about them. But not much. So I'm going to need a little fact check here."
Maria replied.
"Do you know James Potter? Our head boy?"
Leslie asked.
"Oh yeah that James. I remember him now."
Maria recalled.
"Well anyways. Potter and his 3 friends from 7th year call themselves the Marauders."
Jack said before taking a bug gulp of apple juice.
"Look. There they come."
Leslie pointed to their left.
Four boys were talking and laughing while they walked.
"The one with the messy hair and glasses is James Potter."
"Gryffindor Quidditch Seeker and headboy. He's obsessed with Lily Evans the 7th year redhead headgirl, who gets all the top marks."
"The one with the long black hair is Sirius Black"
"He's also in the Gryffindor Quidditch team. Chaser. The coolest and the biggest playboy."
"The one to his left with brown poofy hair is Remus Lupin."
"There are rumors that he's a werewolf. Look at his scars on his face. Also he's in love with books."
"The one next to James with blonde hair is Peter Pettigrew."
"He's a coward. I don't know why he's even with them to be honest."
Jack introduced all the guys and Leslie explained little facts about them.
"Hmm interesting."
Maria, Jack and Leslie watched as they walked away.
