asakusa high ^^

chapter one

"Asakusa High School" Sayaka read on a large sign on the school walls. she'd look around, seeing hundreds of other students, some of them were demi-gods, spectrums, animal infusions, some were humans. The bell has rung and Sayaka Mikoto, the daughter of the all powerful high priestess of the realms, was attending. She had pure dark hair, and pale skin. Her eyes were deep red and her hands were cold to the touch. Suddenly, the bell rung, and she'd walk inside.

inside the classroom, she saw an old friend of hers, well not really a friend, but someone she used to see around in the realms, Zhai Minamoto, the son of the demon king, the teacher told Sayaka to sit down like everyone else, cuz she was late. Zhai looked at her and smiled. Zhai's blue eyes bothered her as his father nor mother didnt have blue eyes, but oh well. "Who knows how the Holy War ended?" The teacher asked. Hanako, or Hana Akari, that prestigious daughter of the Supreme Deity of Heaven, raised up her hand trying to look all intelligent. "Yes, Miss Akari?" the teacher asked. "When the High Priestess, Yae Mikoto, separated the realms to keep each realm from waging war upon each other, those three realms being Heaven, The Mortal Realm aka where we are now, and the Underworld, or, ..uh hell." Hana said, and looked at Sayaka up and down. Sayaka just ignored her. "My mother told me, The previous Demon King, not the one now,  had an affair with the High Priestess years ago! Then they had a daughter, how disgusting, am I right? Oh speaking of which, that daughter is in this room!!" Hanako chuckled and looked at Sayaka again. She (sayaka) got up and smiled. "yea yea sure" she'd turn to hanako, and say with a calm but menacing voice, "In what place are you, to talk about my family? Last time I checked, your mother, who was she? the Supreme Deity, was it? she has no love for you in her heart, and is using you for power. Are you one of the heavenly principles? no, am i? mhm. So, keep your mouth shut." and sat back down. Hanako looked surprised. Right after that, the bell rang, and everyone walked out. A quite fit girl with actual bunny ears approached her, "Hello!! Sayaka? was it? i thought it was super cool how you stood up to Miss Hanako like that!! She does that to everyone.." Sayaka smiled. "oh thank you, who are you?" she asked. The girl replied "I'm Sakura Maizono! The healer of hiroshi island! Nice to meet you." The two shaked hands and walked off to P.E. otherwise known, as training class.

P.E. begun and the teacher paired everyone up. they all began sparring and using their abilities. Miko (sayaka, im probs gonna swap the way i tell the story in a sec but ill be using both sayaka and miko to refer to Sayaka Mikoto alr iz js easier lol) was paired up with Zhai, and they headed off to an arena.

Sayaka: "long time no see, kid? heh."
she'd tease and chuckle as her hair began to form a small streak of red, and her eyes glow dimly.

Zhai: "hey, nice to see u?"
he'd immediately sprint towards her, concentrated on trying to kill her.

Sayaka: "oh woah calm down we're just sparring- gosh u really do take everything way too seriously."

suddenly, the two's fight begun to look like the holy war, god it was so intense, there were a bunch o beams going out of nowhere and they tried to kill eachother. the teacher ran over and called time out, and sent them both to detention. Zhai and Miko walked to the detention office and the whole time, he was just staring at her.

The day went by and school was over. Sayaka wnd Sakura decided to walk around to the park, to run into their classmate, Marahara Yoshiro, a spectrum, hanging out with the class witch, Kumiko Suri. She waved at the two, and noticed another person, the person called her over. "you were that girl right, the one who got in trouble for almost beating the demon king's son?" he said. Sayaka nodded. "yea! i dont think you go to our school, do you? speaking of which? what's your name?" she'd ask, suddenly filled with excitement. this isnt a feeling that she just feels. who is this guy? she thought. why do i feel so comfortable? so many questions would pop up in her head. "hm? oh i'm Kiri, Yoshiro, Mara's brother, and i would've gone to your school, but i dropped out." Kiri replied. "you interest me, Miko, daughter of the high priestess." he'd say with a soft smile. "how do you know that?" she'd ask. "i was watching Mara with clairvoyance, to see what he's doing in class, and i happened to hear you and little holy goddess girl." he answered. "oh, i see." she'd say. "something about you peaks my interest. maybe it's just your aura but, there's a part of you thats hidden deep within." he said calmly. Sayaka just stared, she was confused. But maybe he was right?
All of a sudden, Minamoto-kun came out of nowhere. "hey mikoto! nice battle we had earlier, shame that damn teacher interrupted it." he said. "oh uh, yeah." she replied. she didn't really like zhai, he just gave off a vibe that he has a crush on her or something. she finds it annoying. "so, wanna go out to eat?" zhai asked. "no, thanks." she answered.

"i wanna show you something, i know we just met, but i think you'd like this place okay?" kiri grabbed her hand, and teleported to a crystal cave, filled with all sorts of colours. "it's beautiful." she whispered. he smiled but, he began to cough up flowers. he quickly hid it and just pretended everything was alright and sat down. "what exactly are you..?" sayaka asked kiri, filled with curiosity. "im what you'd call an akuma spectrum." he answered her question. "oh, i see, you must be extremely powerful, then." she said. "maybe, maybe not." he whispered. Zhai watched from a nearby bush. Suddenly, somehow, Sayaka spotted Sakura Maizono sprinting to the cave.

"SAYAKA! SHIT AM I GLAD TO SEE YOU-" she'd fall to her knees. "what? what happened, sakura? why are you covered in wounds?!" Miko asks with conern. Sakura pants and pants. "the d-demon king, and the supreme deity..took over Asakusa High." She finally said. Zhai gasps and runs over to sakura. "both? is everyone alright?" he asked with concern. "no, only hanako and I got out, marahara and kumiko are probably at the park still, but im sure they can fend for themselves. Other than that, every other student has been hexed and controlled." sakura answered. "they are doing this because..they seek to kill mikoto-san." she quietly said. "oh, i see, it's because i was the love child of the high priestess and the previous demon king. they're afraid, am i correct?" sayaka assumed. sakura nodded in agreement. kiri got up and his eyes turned black and red. "they're out for miko? i won't let them hurt her." Sayaka put her hand on his shoulder. sayaka assured him, "no need to worry, i can handle this, first we must plan, then attack, we will take back the school."
