Setting: Public market

Third person POV:
Alban and his best friend Victor were on a heist to steal some bread from the local market to feed the homeless including themselves, they tried to act as casual as possible so nobody would suspect a thing from them, Alban suddenly smelled a delightful scent coming from a bread shop near by.
"Hey look! That bread stand seems to sell some really delicious pastries! Let's go there and grab some of them!" Victor sighs knowing it wouldn't go well but he had no choice but to agree as the cat boy already began his mission to steal the bread.
Alban stood by the stand waiting for the seller to get distracted by another customer and as the seller turned back, Alban immediately grabbed the bread and dashed away whilst signalling henry to start running as well.
"HEY! COME BACK HERE!" The seller yelled, Alban and Victor quickly ran away from the market as fast as they could, running into the dark alley suddenly chased by two officers from the VSF that were on look out.
They ran and ran til the end of the alley, it was a dead end. They had nowhere to go, they were cornered. " That was your last time punks!" officer 1 said, "You two won't be stealing anymore after this." Officer 2 claimed.
The officers took their batons out and began to beat up the two boys.. aggressively stepping on them, punching them til they bled a river. Alban continuously begging them to stop, "WAIT! PLEASE!" until an officer got pissed and knocked him out.
( ueueue this hurts my heart writing this TT...)
Alban's POV :
I opened my eyes slowly lying on the ground side ways facing my best friend, my eyes widen as all my memories came rushing back into my head. I immediately jumped up and shacked Victor checking if he was ok, "VICTOR! VICTOR WAKE UP!". I shook him and shook him until I felt something touch my face, it was Victor.. he looked at me with tears in his eyes smiling knowing whats going to happen next.
"Victor.. please don't leave me.. I need you." I mumbled, Victor looked at me in the eyes and said "I'm sorry.." those words struck me.. a tear rolled down from my eyes to my cheeks, He was going to leave but I couldn't accept that. I wasn't going to give up, I had to take him to the hospital, " Alban, I'm in no condition to move.. It's too late." he said to me
"Even if I'm gone you have to keep going, you will be the one to draw the line, remember?" Victor said, I started crying even harder..begging Victor to hang on, I didn't want him to leave! He cant leave! But it was too late, Victor's smile began to fade away.. his hand slipped away from my face and then, he was gone.
sadness was taking over my emotions but anger was coursing through my veins. I wanted to get revenge, I HAD to! Those officers will pay for what they have done, I will avenge Victor...I will be the one to draw the line.
