Marauders when... you break up with them

Sirius:
People would obviously always flirt with Sirius since he's so fine and sometimes he would walk away or stop them but sometimes he wouldn't and he always had the same excuse 'I didn't know they were flirting'

Recently though, lots and lots of people have been flirting with him and he hasn't stopped them, the first few times you confronted him he said the same excuse but eventually he started ignoring you and calling you paranoid then you just stopped asking him abt it

You guys were at a Gryffindor party and you couldn't find him so you went to go find Remus to ask him if he knew where Sirius was but when you walked in Remus' room you saw Sirius and some girl and she was touching his arm and chest then she started moving in and Sirius didn't stop her

You couldn't keep looking and you didn't want to bother their special moment so you went to his dorm and left a note on his bed saying it was over

When he eventually went back to his room after the party, he saw the note and couldn't believe it. The next day he went to your dorm and kept knocking on it but you didn't answer

Remus:
The O.W.L test was coming up so Remus was studying lots and so were you so you guys weren't spending much time together, after the O.W.L you thought everything would go back to normal between you guys but it didn't, he just kept studying and whenever you came over he would just ignore you

After one month of trying to understand him and leave him alone so he can study you got tired of it so you went into his room

"Remus"

He didn't look up or even acknowledge you

" Remus I want to break up"

He looked up shocked

"W-why what did I do?"

When he said that it made you want to cry your eyes out but you kept it inside

"I get studying for a week or two but a month? you haven't even talked to me since before the O.W.Ls and I can't take it anymore"

You knew if you heard what he said after then you would have broke down crying and you didn't want to let him see you cry so you left as fast as you could

James:
You had your worries about James and Lily but you let it go after he told you that they were just friends so when you saw them hanging out you thought it was just friend related

It was your guys anniversary and you were waiting in the common room for him to come get you to take you where he wanted, after almost 3 hours he finally showed up but not alone

Lily was with him and they were laughing together and you swear you saw them holding hands for a second, you couldn't even begin to explain how pissed you were at him for that

He really just ditched your on your ANNIVERSARY for Lily Evans... and he didn't even look sorry when he realized what he did

"Shit, sorry y/n I forgot"

"Yeah, you did"

But that's not when you break up with him, a month after your anniversary he had hung out with Lily every day and you knew that he liked her, you didn't know why it took you so long to realize but as soon as you did you left and told Sirius to explain everything to him

Peter:
Peter is actually the one that broke up with you, you had been talking to Regulus lately because you guys had a project in Potions and you guys were partners but he didn't think that was a very good reason to be talking to him i guess

So one day while you were talking to Regulus he came up to you and asked to talk to you privately

"I don't like how much you're hanging out with Regulus"

"Peter the only reason i'm talking to him is because we have a project together it's not like i'm gonna keep talking to him after it" you said a little annoyed

"You guys talk for half the day and James told me that he heard you guys talking about me" Peter said starting to get a little louder

"It wasn't anything bad I was just talking about how I was gonna hang out with you after we were done working for the day"

"Well I don't want to be with you if you're just gonna spend time with other guys"

"Well fine if that's what you want"

Marlene:
She broke up with you. One day everything was fine between you two, you guys were laughing and happy with each other, then everything took a turn for the worse and she started ignoring you and walking away every time you tried talking to her or being by her

For example you tried sitting next to her on a couch and she left the room, you tried asking her a question abt a class and she just ignored you and left the room, then one day you asked her a question and instead of answering the question she said, "We should break up" she apparently fell out of love with you but just didn't know how to tell you

Lily:
Since Lily was the head girl she always wanted everything to be perfect, even you. So whenever you were out with her she would always act like she was embarrassed of you and tell you to make sure you looked presentable

Every time you thought you looked nice she would always point out something wrong and it made you start to feel terrible about yourself

One day you thought you looked very pretty but then lily walked in and said something about how your outfit makes your body look 'weird' and it made you mad

"Why can't you just say I look nice, you're always pointing out something bad or wrong and it makes me feel terrible and i don't want to be with someone whose gonna make me feel bad about myself"

Regulus:
You had accepted the fact that Regulus was a death eater and you stayed with him because you loved him but one day he said he wanted to meet up with you to talk about something serious, you were a little worried but let it go

When Regulus showed up to your meeting spot he looked very frantic and worried so you asked him what was wrong

"Y/n we can't be together anymore"

You couldn't believe what you were hearing "What why?"

"It's too dangerous for you, if something bad happens to you because of me I wouldn't be able to live with myself"
