i woke up and looked over at mark , i was still high for some reason but i knew it would go away soon so i wasn't tripping .. i went in the bathroom to wash my face and as i was washing my face everything from last night came back to me . everything me and mark did was just stuck in my mind and it wasn't going away as my mind started racing i heard some talking going on in our room so i walked out and seen jay and tyanna talking to mark

me and mark just looked at eachother and then he looked away

"come here pookie , you all limping" tyanna said holding her hands out

"byee cause i'm not even limping you always tryna play " i said back

"so are we just not gonna talk about yesterday" jay said getting all serious

" it's nothing to talk about we got high and had some fun" mark said

i don't know how i feel about what he said but i just said right and left it at that

" yea we can tell y'all both still high" tyanna said tilting my chin up to look in my eyes

i just shrugged my shoulders then we all went in dede & tray room cause that's where everybody was at

i sat on the bean bag & closed my eyes till mykel started screaming "yoo they on that stuff bad"
all in my face

deedee turned to mark and said "forreal like bro when you even started smoking like that , you always high now" mark just shrugged his shoulders & sat on his bed

everybody was talking besides me cause i was tryna get my thoughts together then mike walked in and told me & mark to meet him in the game room

everybody said "ouuull" but i just brushed them off & got up

when we got there mike wasn't in there so i just put my head into my lap cause i was still high & couldn't really focus & mark did the same thing

mike came in the room and when he shut the door mark looked up but i kept my head down , he locked it then once he turned to us he took a deep breath and sat back

"y'all smoked again this morning or something " he said & he sounded kinda worried

"a little" mark said sitting up straight

" what's going on with y'all , this smoking everyday shit ain't cool" mike said

" i know bro but idk it's just easier" mark said

"easier then what" mike said

"then just being sober , i don't really know"

"and what you got to say" mike said tapping my leg

i looked up and said " when i'm sober i be having some fucked up thoughts" i said bluntly

he wanted honesty so that's what i gave him

"mark get out" he said taking another deep breath

"why" mark asked

" so i can talk to her one on one " mike said

mark kept tryna find stuff to say so he could stay but mike just kicked him out

we started talking and he basically was asking what i meant and if i need help and that if somethings wrong i should tell somebody but after about 45 minutes he let me go & said i better not sit up in his face high again cause that's disrespectful and all this other stuff

once i left out my high started to fade off a little so i decided to take a shower to make me feel better

once i got out all the kids just was sitting there in our room

mark threw a hoodie he had on his bed at me and said "go put some clothes on"

i just said shut up then went to my drawer to grab some stuff and then tray asked what happened to my leg

"yea you look all scratched up deedee said" i said nothing and just walked to the bathroom real fast

as i was putting my clothes on i heard a knock at the door

"wait i'm getting dressed" i kinda yelled

"it's me , open the door" mark said

at first i didn't want to but finally i did and the first thing he did was get down and look at my leg

"i thought you stopped" he said looking up at me sounding kinda sad

" i did , these are old" i said with my voice kinda shaking

" do i look dumb to you" he said standing up

" no but like i said these cuts are old" i said pushing him out the way

"nyasia you really gon sit here and lie to me" he asked standing up

"ain't nothing for me to lie about" i said getting mad

he just said ard and left my room then slammed the door

i walked out a few minutes later and laid down but everybody was still in my room

"what's mark problem" tray asked

"bro i don't know , stop asking me stuff" i said back , irritated

"yea i don't know what y'all got goin on but y'all doing to much" tray said getting up and leaving

after that everybody pretty much got up and left and i just took like a hour nap and once i woke up i felt my high go away. i called my momma and we talked for a while yall know i miss my girl .

then i got up and started walking around and then i seen mykel and we started talking for a while and after that everybody else started to come in the movie room wit us and we all started watching stuff wit us. mark looked at me and walked right past me without sayin nun and tyanna and jay both peeped it. and i just looked and ain't even say nun

tyanna texted me and asked if it was about what happened last night when we did what we did but i just left her and on read and got up and went to my room . a few minutes later tyanna and jay came in there too to ask if i was okay.

i knew he was acting like that because of what he saw earlier but they didn't need to know that.

i just said i was fine and they kept saying i was lying , they decided to go to the movies today so once they left i went back out the roof and started smoking , thinking about mark .. that boy really stuck in my head
